Przy rezerwacji hotelu była do wyboru opcja z opłacona taksówką z lotniska. Niestety finalnie nie można było z tej opcji skorzystać.

Family of 5, we spent here 7 nights at the end of May.
Super friendly staff, tasty varied food, super clean pool(couldnt feel the chlorine), lots of sunbeds. Everything was great , no hassle
Not much for Children to Play, no animators

It was our last stay during our 20 days Crete trip tour. I could say it was one of the top stays during our travel. It just was beyond my expectation. Friendly workers and environment. For those that are interested about all-inclusive I would say it include all main coctails such as Blue lagune, Aperol Spritz, Margarita, Mojito, Piña Colada, ... . There are dinner them night such as real BBQ night, Live music and so on. Food of good quality and both Greek and International foods. I , I as a really difficult guest with usually mid rate reviews, would strongly suggest you to try and stay with them.

Location was good, food was delicious, cleaning service and everything else was pretty good, the staff was pretty helpful.
Huge cockroaches which sometimes appears in our room and make us very scary.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the room we had was a superior sea view and could not have asked for a nicer room , beds made everyday and complimentary shower gels etc refilled daily. The food options changed daily with options to suit everyone's taste. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy, and all staff very efficient in what they did
Not a complaint but the food options at the pool bar could have had more choices and changed daily rather than being repetitive

The food was very nice.
The shower was good.
The pool was big enough to get some decent lengths in if that's your thing.
Due to end of season we got a free room upgrade which was great. The two sofa beds were very comfortable including the two beds in the bedrooms.
Screaming kids by the pool, bar shut too early.

* THE STAFF: everyone from Babis in the pool bar, Eleni in the restaurant, our sweet maid ... lots more to mention - they were all working tirelessly to keep standards up and make sure we were enjoying our stay. Everyone was ALWAYS smiling and helpful and always eager to please.
* CLEANLINESS: never once did I have to question the cleanliness of the glasses, plates or cutlery (and I am very fussy). The whole place is kept spotless and the staff should be commended for this!
* OUR ROOM: the Junior Suite - Split Level has a toilet and bathroom upstairs and downstairs which was an unexpected bonus for us! Room was very spacious and incredibly clean. The A/C worked amazingly well.
* LOCATION: right at the perfect point between Platanias and Agia Marina with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. Little mini market virtually next door if you need any snacks, drinks, essentials or gifts.
* POOL: can get overcrowded and with lots of families can be noisy if trying to zone out and read a book.
* WIFI: sometimes ok, but wasn't always reliable.
* FOOD & BEVERAGE: quality of drinks could have been better. The coca cola must have been non-branded cola and was always flat. The cocktail options were not great either. Lots of food options but nothing to rave about.

If I could give an 11 out of 10 I would!! This is a 3-star accommodation so not a luxury hotel (just so people reading this know not to expect 4 or 5 star amenities). However this is hands-down more than excellent value for money given it is all-inclusive. Even 2-star hotels come out much more expensive than Sunrise Village Hotel especially when you factor in food & drinks. We were a big group of 6 families and all of us are singing praises!! Kids & adults alike could not want for more. What we love:
1) Food is delicious, satisfying and there is a good mix of soup, meat, fish, veg, salads & desserts. They also vary the dishes each day so we didn’t tire of eating the same (we stayed 1 week). Snacks also available throughout the day. I couldn’t believe the price considering food & drinks are all-inclusive!
2) There were daily activities to keep children entertained.
3) The rooms are spotlessly clean! I ran my fingers over the wardrobe shelves to make sure I could place our clothes without needing to lay a sheet first (which I usually do in other hotels) and they were dust-free. Some of my friends moved their sofa beds to join them together and the floor underneath was also very clean. Furthermore rooms are also quite spacious, with balcony and shower room/WC each downstairs and upstairs.
4) Although it isn’t a beach front hotel, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach. And the walk is pleasant one. Tip: there is a shop just a stone’s throw away from the hotel that sells drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc - cheaper than many of the shops along the main road.
5) Last but certainly not the least — the AMAZING STAFF!!! For me (well for all of us really) the staff here are the HEARTBEAT of the hotel. Every single one of them is not only efficient but kind, accommodating, welcoming and always eager to please. Huuuuge shout-out to Konstantina who had sorted everything out for us even 2-3 months before we arrived.

The food was incredible, great variety of food available which was different each day and at a really high standard. The pool is big, staff are friendly and the room was really nice!
5.0
The staff and the duplex room and it was clean. Hard to think of anything else.
I did not like the food, the cheap drinks, very basic bathrooms, cheap tables and chairs (felt like a workman's bench) the longer that advertised walk to the beach. We did not use the ALL Inclusive despite paying for it, poorly lit food area and not a good choice of food. Way overpriced and could not wait to leave.

We enjoyed our time at Sunrise Village. It is a nice quaint hotel that offers something special for anyone who seeks relaxation and joy. The rooms were a decent size, the food was good, and the staff was excellent. It was a wonderful stay.
Maybe the food collection could have been better. Overall, it was a great stay.

I stayed here last week with my wife and two sons (8 & 13). We had a really good time. All Covid protocols were followed and even with Covid putting a bit of a damper on things, we really had a good time. The room was nice, the kids loved the pool and the ice cream included in the all inclusive package. Hotel reception was amazing and always great about suggesting places to go and things to check out. The food was okay, we generally found something to eat in the buffet and they even packed us a lunch for the days we were out and about. Overall, a great trip and great location.
Food could have been a bit better, but I would like to visit again after Covid has ended.

Great hotel and staff, all inclusive food selection was good and variety was plentiful, rooms were slightly dated and the only reason the hotel was not 4 star, pool life guard should spend less time on his phone and more time focused on the pool, don’t let that put you off as we would definitely stay there again.

The atmesphere and calm aura that the beautiful and attentive staff bring to the place.
This is what makes a great holiday for all guests.
Nothing was too much for them.
They treat you like you are special and the most important person on the planet.
It's a sign of a Great Owner when you have staff like this.
The quality of the accomodation is exceptional.
The huge clean , sparkling pool is a dream.
The incredible Gianni's at the poolside bar ,always smiling and giving his best to every guest along with the dining room staff and the bar also.
And then the wonderful awesome entertainment by Andreas was just one more bonus.
The incredible hard working cleaning team and Thier attentiveness to the covd18 problems.
And the super efficient maintenance man too.
I am going home feeling much better in myself than when I arrived in a stressful state after my business collapsed recently.
This time out was the answer to my critical situation.
There should of been a full house being peak season.
There should be more British taking advantage of these time to travel to Crete and support the economy and wonderful resorts like this great find.
It makes me sad as without this we can easily loose these tourist facilities that are those very special places we can sometimes find.
I have no regrets at all about my stay at sunrise village at all.

Excellent hotel - great value for money, lovely staff, and very nice food. Hotel room was much bigger than we expected too. Would definitely stay again.
