perfect

Nice place calm and relaxed. The cove is private and for that reason wasn't crowded. The staff was amicable and helpful. The breakfast is a big one with a lot of choices.

The wifi was not so good in all the places inside the room and also outside of it. The wind unfortunately when we stayed there was blowing a lot and we couldn't enjoy the sea.

Low value for money - too expensive without real reason

Beautiful and comfortable Nice pool and beach

Food was medium level, Nice breakfast but dinner wasn't that good. Extra services are very expensive ( 60 min massage costs 190 euro) No entertainment in the evenings

Très bel hôtel au calme d'une magnifique crique mais une mauvaise expérience au petit-déjeuner!

Très bel hôtel à l'abri des regards dans une belle crique! La piscine est magnifique et la plage très bien. La nourriture et vraiment délicieuse.

Arrivée avec 5 mn de retard au petit déjeuner, l'accès nous a d'abord été refusé, même pour un café et un thé. Après avoir insisté on a pu avoir une table mais le personnel n'a pas été agréable et nous a bien fait sentir que nous dérangions alors que la salle de restaurant était encore pleine de gens qui commandaient. On a même pas eu droit à un morceau de pain ! On était certes en retard mais de quelques minutes et on ne demandait pas des oeufs et autres plats qui doivent être cuisinés! Tout cela n'est pas digne d'un 5* !

Locația excelentă, personalul îngrozitor de nepoliticos.

La proprietate totul a fost conform așteptărilor.

Personalul are un comportament jalnic. De la Despoina, fata care ne a întâmpinat și care avea un zâmbet tâmp, de ziceai ca ea stăpânește lumea și până la managerul Aime. În timpul sejurului ne-au fost furat gecile din camera.

A very nice holiday at a self-contained resort, with no problems.

Pangea restaurant was good for breakfast and dinner. Beach was clean, pool was excellent, staff were very good and asked what we wanted. Private pool in bedroom was nice. We liked the funicular. The staff were excellent and there were lots of them.

You should not let people 'reserve' sun loungers by the pool by putting a book/towel on them and then not using them. The bars were very nice and well staffed, but the prices were expensive.

Everything was amazing! We had all in and enjoyed it a lot Veeeeery good food in taverna. Breakfast buffet is superbe Buffet in the evening is not on the level of the restaurants It is better then other 5 star hotels

Spa is 16+ Pool was cold in Mai and it would have been nice to have a time slot in the spa area where children are allowed

Good stay, great location, but very pricey for what it is

Great food, great location in a very scenic landscape, right in the middle of the mountains, the view is simply amazing. Staff is great at the reception, not that great at the restaurant. My big deception is the room which was super old-school. For this price, I expected better. But we forgot our charger in our room and they sent it to us in Switzerland, that was very sweet.

The room, very old school, the bathroom needs to be redone.

enjoyed it very much not a place to stay past a week as there not much to do. But was lovely getaway

Inclusive breakfast was amazing the inclusive dinner not amazing and the same every night

The bathrooms are not private just a frosted glass door so if you are a new couple or a couple that likes to be alone when you go to the restroom its not so private for the seaview standard rooms although they are a good size. Again the buffet dinner was not 5 star although with buffet what can you expect, the staff however is excllent everywhere and all around well trained very kind excellent

Would definately recommend this facility.

State of the art facility. I loved the scenery and the rooms were very clean and tidy.

The cosine needs more variety. Need to incorporate more water activities at the beech.

very good location,nice concept but it is mostly suitable for young couples with kids

nothing to do after 11:30pm the timetables of the bars and restaurants is purely family oriented Pangea restaurant seems like an old fashioned all inclusive diner the hotel is isolated there is no night life around the area. agios nikolaos it is not as it used to be. defo no options for a chill out drink

lovely facilities, well laid out, great pool and beach, great restaurants

ocean restaurant was chaotic - the layout and service were chaotic. It was also full of kids which is fine at the buffet etc but not when you are paying top price at a fine dining restaurant Also we didn’t like having to get up early for our pool / beach loungers

A perfect pampering holiday

Everything was excellent - well managed, clean and organised. we returned for the 3rd time and it was as excellent as the first time around. Staff is amazing - big shout out to the beach boys, cleaning and serving staff. Spa is also amazing - massage is well worth taking. PS Wine portions are very generous ;)

perfect stay at Daios Cove! highly recommend!

this property is enormous! it was fully booked but never felt crowded. the staff was outstanding. the food was excellent. it was a little pricey for food and drinks but not outrageous.

occasional wait for golf cart to pick you up. wish breakfast would go a little later. we prefer brunch on vacation but thats me being picky. many more families with very young kids than expected.

Great staff, great location - made for a very relaxing stay!

The location, staff and facilities were all fantastic and top-tier. Beach and pool were particular highlights and the food wad excellent.

Some issues with our air conditioning in our room - was too quiet and not the most powerful.

Stunning hotel with great facilities - some minor hotel management issues

Amazing location, beautiful location and fantastic facilities

The aircon in our room was not working, complained every day but was told there was no problem. We had to sleep with patio door open and the noise of the wind woke us during the night

Best Crete hotel, with 5* service and breathtaking views

Dear customers, when we stayed Castello di San Marco Charming Hotel & SPA, Sicily (see my review) our friend from Crete tell us about this hotel. So what about Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas: This was our first visit to Daios Cove and will definitely not be our last - totally amazing place! Breathtaking views, fantastic pool area and a really nice beach that enhance your experience. Rooms are spacious and clean but personally I was extremely surprised by the different concepts on all food and beverages outlets and the attention to detail! The Beach House was my favorite one but Ocean also was very interesting and offered exceptional dishes. You have to try as many cocktails as you can, honestly, the quality of drinks is extraordinary. My wife appreciated the Spa facilities, therapies and treatments. All staff is nice and helpful. Everyone. Drivers, waiters, cleaners, receptionists, beach buddies….. everyone. So our great Ukrainian Дякую / Спасибо / Thank You - especially for Despina, Ekaterina, Kirill and many others that made our dream come true Important notice - we have late check-out for free - in many resorts, especially winter resorts (Zermatt, Verbier, Val-d'Isère. Solden, Corvara....) its impossible! I use to travel around the world, I go crazy for greek food – so Best restaurants nearby: 1/ Ble Katsarolakia at Agios Nikolaos- don't trust TripAdvisor! - this is the best – look a. SQUIRREL SPAGHETTI unusual recipe b. SEAFOOD JUVETTE with feta – mamma mia! That’s to die for c. TIRAMISU of Alexander (delicious and cooked perfectly) 2/ Ocean - so classy & directly at the hotel 3/ Chrisofyllis - Superb food and excellent service. Setting is beautiful and view unforgettable. We definitely come back to Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas Last advice: People! Don't drink too much wine in Agios Nikolaos region! We take 2 bottles and lost the direction from the city to the hotel!
