2 nights stay family suite

The room and hotel in general looks elegant, nice and clean. The sheets and towels are brightly white, the room smells nice. There is an elevator with a view, nice terrace in the back with a beautiful garden arrangement The personnel were kind and helpful, polite and smiling The breakfast was ok and the window view was pleasent.

The room was small, the balcony so small that we didn t have anything to sit on, and the pool even smaller. I think the pool is designed only to just stay a little in it, not really swimming. So if you have kids waiting for having super fan in the pool, you need to temper a little their expectations. I regret not having a bigger or more confortable balcony to enjoy the view and the fresh mountain air in the evening, as there is no place to stay and relax in front of the hotel and the terrace is not very easy to get to and access to it stops along with the closing of the restaurant, at 10pm.

Great stop, lovely breakfast nice location and staff.

The staff were very helpful and nice, overall very clean and a lovely vast selection for breakfast.The location was great very near to Peleș Castle. My room had a lovely balcony with a great view. My travel companions rooms had narrow long windows. Had a decent pool ( smaller than expected but clean and warm water) had a sauna too.

Showers were a bit of a nightmare in 2/3 rooms we had. The staff was helpful and tried to fix it, however it was a bit inconvenient. Some doors didn't work quite well.. Some fixtures need a bit of upgrading. ( Lampshade cracked etc. Pool stairs were a bit loose and wobbly) However despite these little issues, I still enjoyed the stay.

Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend.

Friendly staff, good food, ok area. :) They agreed to let us stay over the checkout hour as to be closer to our departure by train. Close to Sinaia Monastery, a bit further from city center.

There were some light fixtures issues and our room was at the semi-basement which was a surprise to me.

There are MUCH better options for the price in Sinaia!

There was parking in an actual parking lot. The room and linens had a smell of cleanliness.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived. The two-bedroom suite had a tiny balcony and tiny bathroom. The shower is a stall with sliding doors. A person can stand on the balcony, but that's about it. The whole building is loud. You can hear conversations from other rooms, people talking in the hallway, or rooms being cleaned. An odd feature is that the elevator doesn't go all the way to the top floors. You take the elevator to floor seven, and then you have to haul your luggage up stairs if you are on either of the top two floors.

Lovely hotel, very polite staff and just an awesome location of you want to look at the castles and enjoy the mountain view from your room.

Beautiful experience in the mountains

Beautiful view and amazing breakfast! Very nice stuff, gave us lots of tips on what to visit

Location is good, not in the heart of Sinaia but always a pleasure to walk 15 minutes. Busses available and also taxi from downtown costs about 3 euro The hotel is clean and the staff is polite. Breakfast was very good as well.

I don't think this is a 4* hotel. My room missing AirCon, the balcony was tiny, the room is pretty small as well the bathroom. Staying upstairs without AirCon și pretty painful as it gets hot during summer time. I had to keep balcony door opened and the result was awful: flying bugs and even one bee entered the room during the afternoon.

All you need for a few days trip.

The breakfast can cover most of the demands, with various types of foods. The view from restaurants, as well from the rooms is nice. Rooms are nice furnitured. The parking place is covering the necessary for the gueat, so, at any time i fund a slot. Even low temperature outdoor, the hotel was confortable heated. Personnel nice and helpfull.

The staff was great same as everything else. Everything was spotless, and decorated with great taste. The food was impeccable and delicious. It exceeded our expectations. Easy to get around town, the bus is basically on the hotel's doorsteps. I would recommend to anyone who loves their comfort, and their taste buds.

My experience here was bad. I was traveling with my children so I booked a triple room, I paid for a triple but I received a double room, with no extra bed, not even an extra towel. Breakfast is a cheat, they say its included but actually we were not served at all. After half an hour of waiting in the restaurant and several request to the waiters, we had to move to another place to have breakfast. I suggest to avoid this place, as they cheat and lie the clients.

the pool can be used only by reservation and its fully booked so its not usable

Although required by law, nobody from the staff had the mask at any moment of the stay - sloppy!

The breakfast was average, the quality of the ingredients left to desire.

Although required by law and internal regulations, waiters didn't wear a mask.
