Lieu très calme. Une vue magnifique. Personnel très agréable.

Amazing views (when it's not foggy). Clean room
Breakfast was in another building, so were need to walk up the road when it was raining a lot.
There is a wrong location specified in Booking. It opens Google Maps 2 turns to the place where the hotel exactly is. We arrived at night and it was rainy and foggy, so it was hard to find.
Breakfast could be better, as there was no any kind of eggs or vegetables.
Empty bar in the room.

Great location and views !
No food served in the Hotel ...

Súper great view of mountains from restraint terrace and outside bath tube in spa ( should be booked separately and additionally charged)
No kettle in the room, bar in the lobby not working in the evening (due to summer). Breakfast had limited options.

The room is quite spacious and very comfortable with everything you need for a cosy and relaxing stay. We arrived after the check-in time and the staff was very helpful and kind in leaving us all the instructions. The village is very calm and you get immediately a mountain feeling.
Breakfast is pricy and not included.

at the we were there, lift did not work, restaurant closed. Recommended restaurant was in a different building a distance away. I assume the hotel was not ready for receiving guests when we were there. stayed only one night.

Gorgeous location and an unbeatable view. Spaciuos room.
Only breakfast and restaurant was under par.
4.5
The bedrooms in general. We have been to the hotel before refurbishment and we were pleased the hotel still keep its authentic style after great renovation.
Breakfast could have been better with more varieties especially bread choices. Also, the tables are not cleaned after guests and sometimes we struggled to find a clean table. Kettle in the room would be nice too.

Huge room
Breathtaking valley view
3.5
Big, clean, and comfortable room.
Very nice personal.
The bar in the lobby is cool.
The breakfast was not worth the money, almost empty at 9am. and there was only 1 person in charge of the breakfast, he was nice, but had not enough time to clean the tables, order the supplement food, glasses that were lacking, etc.
We had a room without a view: windows on the street so we heard every car passing (2nd floor) in the morning.
The pillows were stocked in the garderobe, not on the bed, so until we discovered them, we slept on the big uncomfy pillows that weren't supposed to be used for sleep.

Great location opposite the gondola lift, decent room sizes and fantastic valley views. Not as easy to get to as places like nearby Nendaz, fewer bus frequency up from Sion. Good breakfast choice, minor issues with trying to operate a toaster and the boiled egg machine. Ran out of hot chocolate one morning (supplied in sachets with hot milk) and always seemed to run out of the large mugs. Only provide a quite expensive buffet the evening, so had to go out, only really 3 restaurants in the resort, but all welcoming.

Rooms are not too big but have a bit of TV, comfortable beds, enough storage space, and a bathroom with some extra space. The view will depend on the room - the valley view is excellent (I recommend it). The hotel offers breakfast (good and quick) with all the basics (bread, pastry, scrumble eggs, musli, pastry, coffee, etc.). You can also have a buffet dinner (a bit too expensive, I think - 80+ CHF for 1 adult + 1 kid). You can walk to the other hotel, same network, and have a cheaper al-a-carte dinner (~50 CHF - at least it was our experience). There are also some grocery stores ~10 min walk from the hotel. There is also underground public parking, which is excellent, big, and reasonably priced.
The ski room was a bit small and busy in the morning (there are also some options with ski lockers closer to the slope), but except for that, all was good.

The hotel is in a perfect location, if you ask me. it is very close to the gondola lift. What we really liked was that the hotel had a room for our ski boots to dry in, plus a locker directly at the lift for our skis so we didn’t have to keep carrying them.
We didn’t opt for breakfast for the whole family because of the price (it’s on par with a Swiss hotel, but our kids eat so little that it wouldn’t have been worth it) but when my husband and I did on the last day, we really liked it. an earlier review said they had no fruit (which is very important to me) but when we went there was quite a lot of fruit! So I was very happy about that. also eggs, bacon, pancakes, Müsli - everything you could want at a breakfast. For the kids, we would walk to the bakery down the street and get some croissants. in fact, there are enough restaurants and a grocery store around so you always have options.
The rooms were cleaned every day, and if you ask me, the cleaning was really well done. It made us feel really good coming back from a long day of skiing to a fresh tidy room. I love that this hotel retains those values for cleanliness.
I can’t find very much to criticize except for one thing - we did book the sauna/jacuzzi for an hour but the entire hour there was a woman with four little kids in the jacuzzi. I suppose there could be an age limit for kids. my kids love jacuzzis too, but I would never do this, knowing that it would likely bother other guests paying for the time.

Great view from the room.
The room was large, clean and well-equipped.
Close to the bus station.
Friendly staff.
Close to the sky slopes.
Nice terrace
A grand piano available
Large spaces in the hotel
We asked for a room for 2 adults + 1 child (9 years old) on Booking. They proposed a double room. When we arrived they asked for an additional charge for the extra bed, which was already present in the room (a convertible sofa). We complained about the clarity of the listing because we expected to receive a proposal for the number of guests declared. Finally, the staff was kind and did not charge us for the extra bed.
Another slightly annoying thing was that most of the declared facilities were not available because off season and the hotel was just opening... I would not expect this from a Swiss hotel.
