Da non tornare mai piu'

la colazione rispettava i canoni che di norma ci sono,una cosa non mi a soddisfatto mentre stavo facendo colazione mi sono accorto di essere osservato insistentemente dalle cameriere mi sembrava di essere un malavitoso perche avevo fatto 4 panini da portare al ritorno per il viaggio sembrava che li volessi rubare. Avendo chiesto un sacchetto per il trasportoalla camerierami mi e' stato indicato con una certa arroganza di aver preso piu'del dovuto e che dovevo pagare il dovuto,io naturalmente ho acconsentito senza problemi.Premetto che io ho girato tutto il mondo in moto e non mi era mai capitato una cosa di questo genere dover pagare un supplemento per dei panini che avranno avuto un valore massimo di 10 euro quando me li anno fatti pagare 20.In ogni caso ho pagato il dovuto e ho lasciato il sacchetto alla recepzion dicendo che li lasciavo alle cameriere visto il grosso lavoro di vigilanza che anno fatto nei miei confronti.Avrei accettato un cartello dove scritto che chi volesse portare via una piccola colazione si doveva pagare un supplemento a parte ma di tutto questo niente.

It’s ok but I would choose a different hotel next time

Location and the Spa was nice

No late check out possible Breakfast room was especially loud Requested 3 times for twin beds and it just didn’t happen

Quite good but expensive stay

Good and spacious family suite. Great pool and sauna. Exceptional breakfast buffet.

Communication with staff concerning our needs not sufficient. Especially before stay. All in all value for money not good enough.

Best hotel in Grado - if you are looking for a nice and calming stay.

Returning every year, great atmosphere. Calming views over the small harbour. Very good breakfast. Free bikes

Sauna areas could be better, no cold shower or bucket with ice water for example.

Great breakfast, spacious rooms, nice view of the harbour.

Very unprofessional behaviour of the people working at a reception on the day of departure. We had prepaid our stay fully upfront (half board, suite) and at the end, they asked our credit card to withdraw once again payment for the visit, explaining that booking.com didn't pay them. They were very rude and forced us to call booking.com to deal with their problem. Unacceptable behaviour. In the end, they didn't say even thank you for the stay or goodbye.

Superb

Best location, fantastic view from the terrace and from the spa, comfortable room, very good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. We will go back - but we rather go out for dinner.

The food and the wine of the house at the restaurant was disappointing:-(

Wonderful stay, we will return soon!

We had a suite with a nice modern but still cosy room with a large bathroom. There's also an extra wardrobe room. WIFI is quick, even on the vast balcony as well. The top terrace bar gave an extraordinary view of the whole city of Grado (see attached photos). The staff is friendly and helpful. A pet-friendly hotel, our two chihuahuas - who were with us - asked me to pin this here :)

Someone fed the seagulls quite early in the morning, and they were noisy, but it's not the hotel's problem, just a circumstance. But if you like to be the first at the breakfast buffet bar, they help you to wake up in time :) Or you can take excellent photos of them.

Very nice but not perfect

Room was very nice, clean and modern.

If Late Check Out is not available, there is no shower/toilet and baggage storage for guests. This would be nice for guests that choose to stay in Grado until the afternoon. Breakfast was stressful.

Make sure to book the beach in advance as much as possible.

I liked location and italy lady how made massage was lovely 🙏🏼🌞

That swimming pool was so little and i needed to pay extra to buy swimming cap and roof top bar and restaurant was closed... also breakfast not good :(

Breakfast was good and well organised. Room was big enough - but could not open door due to a terrible smell outside. Also the cafeteria

The service was awful, the smell outside disgusting so you could not sit outside or at the cafeteria as well as you could not open the balcony.
