Negocios ó estancia de unos dias en Girona

Ubicación inmejorable para ir andando a todos los puntos de interés en el centro histórico de Girona. Personal muy amable. Muy funcional y muy limpio y habitaciones amplias. Tiene una terraza espectacular en el 5º piso para cenar o tomar algo

Por poner un pero, la entrada al parking algo estrecha.

Překrásná Girona

Úžasný hotel v moderně zrekonstruované historické budově, nádherná střešní terasa s barem a výhledem na katedrálu.V centru města, podzemní garáže, vše kousek. Velice milý personál, vynikající rozmanitá snídaně. Možnost ubytování s pejskem, dostane pelíšek a mističky.

Will still recommend! Small details could take the place to another level.

Facilities were great, room was clean and bed was super comfortable. We loved the terrace! Great cocktails too and location could not be better.

Staff was correct but did not look happy or welcoming. I mentioned it was a very special engagement night and we were excited to be there, they “took note” but there was no comment of it, we did not feel too special. It was more a “room X - these are the extras you can pay for” at check in and “we will charge you this tax” at check out.

Very good location, clean hotel.

Check in very good, lady very friendly. Location good.

Small window in bedroom, and for queen room just over looking other rooms no view. No tea/coffee in room, breakfast expensive 16 euros each, so did not have.

Location is unbeatable. Minutes away from Plaza de la Independència and the Barri Vell. Also walking distance from train and bus station. It is on a busy road but most rooms (including ours) are not facing it. We had no problems at all. Two terraces for great lounging. Staff very professional and courteous.

Price. To justify what we paid per night I would expect a little more: a tea/coffee maker in the room, a bigger gym, a larger seating area in the room with 2 comfortable chairs etc. Stayed in Girona last year around the same time and at that visit we got better value for money. But I certainly would consider staying at the Gran Ultonia again for another trip to Girona.

I traveled with my girlfriend and we had a fabulous time. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. They could not do enough for our confort. The hotel restaurant was fantastic as well. centrally located in the Gothic area. We loved our stay here.

Should have had tea / coffee making option in the room. Apparently you could get a kettle if you asked but I think these should be provided as a matter of course given the standard of the hotel

The hotel made my experince of Girona much more pleasent, I will surly consider coming again.

The location, it is very close to the old center. The rooms are clean and big, they also have everything. The staff was really nice.

The roof top is nice but I thought that it would be open for more hours.

The perfect choice for a Girona / Figuerás break

Location excellent, a few minutes walk to Placa de Independencia, our favourite pllaca & entrance to Vell (old town).. Staff, reception excellent, v helpful, friendly: Water, maps, advice & suggestions. The rooftop cocktail bar super too, Open till 1pm, we arrived late & had tapas & drinks. The views, staff, sofas & and drinks fabulous. Room large, shower exceptional. Great housekeeping too. We were surprised our stay was so reasonable. Great value.

Honestly, we loved everything about the hotel. Two rooms adjacent, as requested. We packed gym gear but didn't bother... There's a large park behind the hotel & walked 18000 steps daily!

very basic, TV tiny and old, you have to request a kettle and cups/tea as they are not provided automatically! Would be fine for a stopover if you don’t have high expectations.
