big hotel, busy like a beehive, 3 different pools, close to the beach, plenty activities on offer
Pools close at 6 pm!!! That’s absolutely ridiculous

The hotel has a nice private adjacent beach.
Several pools right above the beach, with nice and quiet atmosphere.
Very nice staff, always available.
Water sport on the beach, Banana, Crazy sofa, Jet sky etc.
Overall, Very nice experience, everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Maybe a little more vegetables variety

From the day we arrived till the time we checked out, everything was spot on. The staffs were extremely nice and always had a smiling face. We probably had the best holidays so far. Will highly recommend to everyone. The location was perfect with everything available at a stone's throw.

Great location, beachfront, absolutely lovely staff
Hard to think, sound insulation between the rooms could have been better but as it is a family hotel, it was very quiet from 11:30 pm anywah

amazing resort with great pools, great view on the sea and super friendly staff!
the spa area was not so nice and quite old, however if the weather‘s good, you don’t need the spa ;)

The property was well-managed and maintained. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.
We weren’t thrilled by the location, right in the middle of a busy town where trucks zoomed by. Hard to walk around outside of resort.

We had everything we needed and enjoyed our vacation very much. The facilities are great, rooms, pools, restaurant all clean. The food was amazing- so much choice and always fresh. The staff was super friendly, especially the cleaning ladies aaand of course the animation team!!! The water gymnastics and kids disco were really enjoyed from our family. We highly recommend the hotel and hopefully we come again:)
We didn’t like that the cigarettes smoke from the other guests was too much and basically we couldn’t have “fresh air” on our private garden/terassa. So we didn’t spend any time (reading, glass of wine or drawing with our kid…) as we wanted and payed for. I suggest maybe the booking and hotel must somehow group smokers and nonsmokers in different areas. It’s so important especially with little kids.

Beach front rooms were great, superb sea views , but not cheap
Would go back if price was better , paid £3600 for 11 nights , hotel was really nice but not £3600 nice

The entire staff were amazing, they do everything to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your vacation. Everyone is friendly and goes the extra step to ensure a good guest experience.
Everything is very clean; the room, the dining room, and the pool areas.
In addition to being very clean, the room had a good breeze when the window was open and the best air conditioning that I have experienced in a hotel - it worked perfectly and was very quiet.
The breakfast buffet has a huge selection and seating with a sea view, inside and outside.
The hotel is spread out so you don't need to wait for elevators. It is very near to all of the shops and bars and cafes.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Excellent hotel!

Nice location , clean , good variety at buffet
Food average standard, staff sometimes not finessed as to what you’d expect of a 5 star hotel. For example , being asked to pay for the full 7 nights stay as soon as we arrived, being asked to check in on line ourselves and being told to attend reception in person rather than on the phone (call from room) to receive a simple message.

The sea itself was gorgeous, hotel looks quite nice, designed in Greek style
Literally everything in this hotel could have been better! Staff is really cheerful at the reception, but then you will meet the rest of the team at the restaurant - they are really different, some of them are even rude with guests. There is a strange dinner scheme, obliging you to book your table in advance for buffet dinner. You have to find a person who will book a table for you according to her notes in a diary. You have to bring a hotel card to be able to do it. But in fact there is plenty of space and there is no sense in this complicated scheme. Food itself is OK, not too tasty, but not too bad..
The beach is clean and beautiful, but quite small, so you will probably prefer to stay near swimming pools. Swimming pools are open from 10am. My kids got up at 6 and waited until 10am to get to the pool.
Kids club is designed for under 4 years old.

Great location on the beach. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Recommend getting one of the rooms on the beach

I really liked my room, facing the beach, large, very well and beautifully furnished. The staff is extremely warm and welcoming and is a big plus in this hotel, they are always smiling and helpful and really put you in a good mood! The food is very good and varied. The breakfast is extremely rich, there is an amazing choice. I also liked the fact that the opening times of the restaurant for the breakfast and dinner were wide and could accommodate all needs. When we were there there was enough space both on the private beach and around the pools. Overall we were absolutely satisfied and would gladly return.
in the period we were there the melteni wind was blowing fairly strongly so we could not always swim in the sea, this is of course no fault of the hotel! The sauna was closed because of Covid. The wine in the restaurant was very good but expensive.

Location, room, facilities, cretan look of the resort, pools, entertainment team. I would definitely recommend it!
Food could be a little more diversified. The umbrellas at the beach are old and rusty.
