Wonderful beautiful location with excellent hospitality !

The property is so beautiful and has amazing views of Levanto. We managed to use the pool as well and the kids had a ton of fun. The breakfast spread was great as well with tons of options for everyone. The staff is super they are so helpful and kind , I think I may have called Yasin ( front desk staff) ten times asking for different things and he always so wonderful and patient.The other front desk gentleman was also so kind and helpful. Their shuttle service to the train station or village is so convenient, you can walk down to the train station too but it’s great to have this service when you have so many bags. The general manager at this property is also wonderful and stepped in right away to help us when we were in a pinch. This is one of the most hospitable properties I have been to ever. Not just my experience but even other guests ahead of us they right away took care of any issues. Levanto might not be one of the five villages but this property is so close to them and we all thought it was much more beautiful then some of the five villages. Excellent stay we will be back!

Perfect spot to discover the Cinque Terra area. Train station a 5 min walk downhill with a shuttle bus to bring you back

Great location. Spacious bedrooms. Lovely pool with views. The food was outstanding with friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds with good pillows.

Séjour agréable

Le personnel est très gentil. La navette pour aller en centre ville est vraiment très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec des produits frais et d'excellente qualité.

La piscine était en travaux ce que nous ne savions pas au moment de la réservation. Le SPA est vraiment tout petit, le hammam comme souvent beaucoup trop chaud.

Excellent séjour de 4 nuits tant au niveau de l’hôtel que de la découverte de la région.

Tout . L’emplacement, les espaces, la grande chambre et sa vue, le calme,l’amabilité du personnel, la qualité des repas,la propreté, la navette gratuite à disposition pour rejoindre le centre ville ou la gare.

The hotel was everything we hoped for and more.

The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

Unusually, I couldn't find any faults with this hotel it is exceptional.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and big rooms. The hotel shuttle service is great, they drive you to the city or pick up any time you want. A bit expensive but worth it. Great pool and spa area with saunas.

Wonderful hotel in the lovely town of Levanto, Italy.

We loved this hotel! Our room was large and very comfortable and we had a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the area. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, they have a great chef and excellent staff. The "on demand" shuttle was a very pleasant surprise, we were very grateful to have this great convenience. The front desk staff were so nice and gave us very good information on what to do in the area. They also made wonderful suggestions to make our visit more enjoyable,

The only downside was a quirky air conditioning system. Because of the weather, off season, the air conditioning was not what we are accustomed to and our room was occasionally too warm. A minor inconvenience.

Beyond expectations

The staff are extremely friendly & anxious to accommodate requests. We wished our stay could have been longer. The location is fantastic to enjoy Cinque Terra.

This is a gem! Beautiful quiet and relaxing town after a busy day in the Cinque Terre.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us after our rental car broke down on the highway. We were able to get around all by train for the remainder of trip and barely missed a beat. The staff was instrumental in looking at train schedules and making it easy.

An A+++ 10 out of 10 stay

the room was incredibly big and the air conditioning was better than expected considering how warm it was outside. We also had a beautiful patio. The staff went above and beyond, I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The showers are a little small, typical for Italy, but if you are a big person you might have problems maneuvering around in there to get clean.

Superb

Wonderful staff, especially the restaurant. Very comfortable: huge room and balcony, excellent swimming pool with views over the hills. Up the hill from town centre but free shuttle - on demand - makes it no problem at all. No need to use car at all! Proximity to town and station.

Balcony overlooks the train station below with chiming of station announcements. But you soon get used to it.

Perfect place to stay when visiting 5 terre.

Very friendly staff, I haven't met such a hospitality in years. Truly friendly environment. Great food. Upon arrival we received all the information we need. Free shuttle service worked perfect.

We have nothing to complain about. Maybe a little bit cold water in pool.

Great location, structure and welcoming staff!

The staff was simply superb, always available and friendly. The structure is greatly located, with amazing views, super clean and spacious rooms. They even have free books and board games! Breakfast was awesome!

Unfortunately, the Spa was closed but it was due to Covid

Superb

Great Breakfast. The spa area was closed (due to covid19) but it was possible to book for a massage and the pool area was open. Highly recommend the massage. Many parking spaces. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff. Amazing shuttle service brought us up and down uncountable times. Although it is doable, our 2 year old son was with us so we got to know really well the shuttle driver - he gave us lots of useful tips!

Lovely hotel

Staff were excellent, provided us lots of information on the area and what to do! Room with balcony was lovely and bed very comfortable. Shuttle bus was great considering the hotel is on a hill.
