Adequate stay for PACES Ahead course attendance

Quiet room Comfy bed Good for attending PACES Ahead course

The shower facility felt a bit dated Location not ideal if you are doing a lot of touristy things in central London, you can get caught in rush hour traffic if taking bus to one of the tube stations Breakfast was ok but not memorable in any good way

Enjoyable and comfortable short stay.

The room had everything I needed, even an iron and ironing board. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The room service I used for dinner arrived very quickly, was good value and tasty.

Some of the breakfast items could have been labelled better. I added what turned out to be almond milk to my coffee which I didn’t like.

Relaxing, comfortable, charming, safe.

Balcony terrace provided stunning views both day and night. Air conditioning made our stay comfortable during heatwave. Well maintained in and out. Very well facilitated! Felt very private even in a large hotel and social community. Lots of shops, pubs etc. very local.

Very, very minor complaint of hallway light shining through under hotel room door at night.

Absolutely brilliant well done to staff doing excellent work

Great location. Good price. Gentleman at breakfast was very accommodating serving us what we asked for and even went off menu to give us something extra. Very kind! Super service.

Hotel was a convenient distance away from Gunnersbury Park where we went to see Tom Grennan

Room was very good and comfortable. As it was a hot weekend there could have been more water but that is not a complaint just a suggestion. Beds and pillows were really comfortable.

Poor experience.

The view across the canal was nice.

Car Park was not good. We were there for a wedding reception but alcohol was in sort supply. The bar opened late. We were overchargedfor one round which I spotted. The barman apologised and said it was refunded but still shows on my statement with no refund. Slowest bar staff ever. Not much to like.

لم اتوقع حالة الفندق والغريب المصنف اربع نجوم . حقيقة بمستواه الحالى نجمتان وكثير عليه . .لا توجد مرافق ولايوجد.مواقف السيارات . و المكان بعيد جدا عن وسط لندن والهايد بارك والمراكز السياحيه . في كل مرة نمر على أي معلم سياحي نحتاج الكثير من الوقت ذهابا ثم ابابا الفندق .

انواع الاكل بالافطار ثابته وكانهم يطبخون نفس الاكل فاصوليا مسخن . بطاطي مقلي على شكل مثلثات مضغوط.وبعض من الدوناتس والبيريد و العصائر الممائوةةبالسكر ونوعين من الجبن والزبده والمشروم . حتى ان النزيل يصيبه الملل من المال وهو

Generally very satisfactory.

Lovely comfy bed, very clean, and impressively spacious bathroom. Pleasant staff. Nice and relaxing bar area. Hotel itself is very easy to find, with it's canalside location.

Wasn't expecting to be woken up both mornings just after 5.30am by loud low flying aeroplanes (even with the window closed). Had hoped soundproofing would've been better for somewhere located on a flight path. Also had no mobile phone signal in my room, and the friendly staff were unfortunately unable to help me get onto the encrypted WiFi with the password provided. Could only access Internet and phone line by sitting on the seat outside the front entrance (which was actually quite pleasant, apart from the background traffic noise).

Lovely room friendly staff

Kane checked me in, swift polite and friendly. After mentioning I may be swayed to holiday inns being my first stay at one and being a Hilton and raddison regular, he gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The executive room was lovely and spacious just how i like it.

There was only one member of staff checking people in. I had to wait longer than I'd expected for 1 booking infront of me. Not ever a issue at raddison or Hilton.

Great facilities

Very friendly staff. Ease of checking in and out. Room very clean, sizeable and lots of facilities.

Some noisy guests attending a wedding reception and knocking on doors nearby late at night.

Aufenthalt war Ok, Deskservice gut bis sehr gut, Service im Nachgang schlecht

Die Betten waren gut. Empfang sehr freundlich, der Mitarbeiter kümmerte sich gerne um unsere Anliegen trots das das Hotel ausgebucht war und viele Einchecken wollten.

Leider haben wir im Hotel was vergessen. Anrufe wurden mit der bitte um email beantwortet. Die emails leider gar nicht, trotz das mehrere emails an das Hotel gingen. Schade, macht nun den guten gesammt Eindruck wieder zu nichte.

Perfect for the purpose.

Large clean room, clean and large bathroom, quiet. Not much of a viewfinder my room but then I was only there to sleep.

Like many hotel bathrooms, this has the annoying arrangement with a short glass door on the side of the tub, which invariably results in a flooded bathroom.

Room good and bed comfortable. Staff on reception very helpful and pleasant.

Kettle was missing from tea tray even though sachets of tea coffee etc were there, so no morning cuppa for me. Felt rushed to leave by cleaning staff who knocked on door at 9am asking if we were checking out before we had even had breakfast! Told then our checkout time was 11am and they came back at 10.50 to hurry us up!!
