Ótimo para relaxamento e descanso

Quarto espaçoso com base de duche e banheira com acesso direto ao quarto (separados por cortina), o que permitia um banho relaxante com vista para a TV. Ar condicionado silencioso. Cama confortável. Pequeno almoço excelente! Bom spa!

A porta que separava a base de duche e a zona da sanita era a mesma, pelo que ao fechar a zona da sanita, a zona do duche ficava aberta e vice versa. Acho que seria melhor um isolamento mais adequado (uma porta).(Preferência pessoal) Faltava loção corporal.

Spa: Não gostei do spa porque estava completamente cheio e não tínhamos sítio para colocar os nossos itens pessoais.

Pleasant stay. Convienient parking at the door, quick easy access into the city.

Breakfast was comprehensive. Staff at breakfast friendly and helpful. The Sauna and cold plunge at no extra cost was a nice bonus for us.

L'isolation, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, très décevant pour un 5 étoiles, de plus j'ai demandé un grand lit, j'ai eu 2 petits lits coller un contre l'autre!!

Excellent breakfast and great decor in reception / lobby area

Several issues with the room: 1. Piece of baguette bread leftover found in a kitchen cupboard 2. Coffee machine malfunctioned when turning on with water leaking from the bottom of the machine 3. Clipped toenails found by my partners’ bedside 4. 30 minutes wait for additional toilet roll to be sent to our room as only one toilet roll provided 5. Iron requested for our room 3 times however this was never received and 6. Exposed electrical cables visible behind the beds

Oddly designed room, no privacy for bathroom (just a curtain), not possible to shut toilet door and shower door at same time due to odd sliding door design

Nice hotel but overpriced for what it is.

Looked lovely. Staff nice.

Good could have been better and catered for those who don’t eat pork. Lights kept going on and off in bedroom. Very irritating.

Very happy with our stay

Stayed in a suite, so expectations were high but it was even better than expected. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever encontered. The facilities are modern, spacious and well designed. The staff is super nice.

The coffee is supplied by Delta, a great Portuguese company that deserves to be supported, but unfortunately the coffee itself I find mediocre, at least compared to others in the same niche, like Nespresso and L'Or.

Great facilities, lovely pool area, excellent breakfast. Decent room and bathroom. Received late check out which was appreciated.

The room was stifling hot and the air-conditioning didn't work. Due to afternoon sun onto the side of the building, the room retained heat throughout the night. I normally like heat but even for me this was too much, waking up sweating! We asked someone to check the aircon before we went out in the evening - no-one updated us but the curtains had been closed so I assume someone checked but hadn't fixed it. The staff were polite when engaged but I felt I had to initiate all contact, i.e. at check-in, breakfast, entry to the pool, I was barely greeted and found myself feeling like I was in the wrong place or confused as to where to go.

Good hotel for a business stay although a bit far from city center

The hotel in general was good. The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom clean.

For a 5* hotel I expected a bit more in some areas: there were no ammenities in the room (just the basics), a lot of noise from other clients and the staff didn't react, really poor wi-fi (we needed to use our own hotspot), paid gymn (I never saw a paid gymn in any other hotel, totally unexpected from a 5* hotel), the breakfast was good but could be better (no table service, orange juice wasn't fresh, poor offer in healthy snacks)

Well equipped gym, solid breakfast, friendly staff

Self service in the bar/lobby area; Need to pre-pay credit to room to be able to open a tab during your stay (never had that before); WiFi free of charge but very slow; Blow dry in the room has no power; Mirror in the bathroom not adjustable and ends at 5‘10, i.e., no mirror for people taller than 6 feet; Body lotion empty in the bathroom upon arrival and not refilled; No vacuuming; No refill of the water bottle after the first night; Iron board in the room damaged; Need to book a time slot if you want to use the gym; Extra charge of 10€ for spa and pool use

staff are so helpful and polite, the rooms are clean and spacious…comfortable beds and clean linen… bathtub and a separate shower are the best.

Nice, Clean Hotel

The hotel is really lovely. Very clean and the staff is amazing. Always very friendly! The food was very good, the old fashioned and sangria on the balcony, the buffet breakfast, which was vast, and even room service was hot and delicious. I would visit that restaurant even if not staying in the hotel. The pet kit for our puppy was a great surprise.

The lighting in the room, especially the bathroom, was odd and not bright enough. I thought it strange that there wasn't an outlet in the bathroom. Small detail but thought I would share.
