Family room was clean and tidy. Staff were lovely and friendly. Pool(s) depth was perfect for our family, with adequate pool chairs.
Pool requires significant cleaning (mouldy tiles). Room requires more TV channels including programs in English and sport. I believe the hotel is placed at about a 3 star based on age of hotel and lack of pool maintenance.

Location was nice.
Service didn't mach my expectations for a 4+ star hotel. Air conditioning system was out of order and it took 1 day to fix it. Wi-Fi was very bad.

The swimming pool was very good for the children. Some of the staff were very friendly.
I’m very sorry but I want to write this, because I wished I read this before. It was really a big disappointment mainly because it was far from my expectations and from what it is being advertised as. Not at a level of a resort for sure. The quality of the food ( I mean dinner) was really bad… felt like leftovers where brought to us from other place. Breakfast was more ok but big disappointment nonetheless. The whole place feels very old and the furniture goes back decades ago.

Beautiful resort close to the beach with a great restaurant and nice outdoor relaxation areas. Only a short drive to Mt Olympus foothills.
No complaints.

We arrived late and the kitchen staff stayed late to accommodate us for dinner. Saiki was very accommodating and never made us feel rushed. The dinner was also delicious.

great pool, good food, reasonable pricing on food and beverages. well decorated, nice brunch. good if you want to swim, eat and disappear from the world.
the air conditioning was off in the entire common areas! it was a heatwave and unbearable to use any of the lobby to hang out or eat In restaurant. one of our rooms had halfway decent ac/ one had no AC. ended up moving three times to get a strange tiny room with AC… this was really put damper on the stay.

Open buffet dinner was quite tasty with a good variety of food for a reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. Not superb but ok. Room was bigger than expected with a nice balcony where you can sit and relax.
Pool is closed till 10:00 and after 19:00. There is not much time to use the swimming pool and it is too crowded while it is open. Balconies are too close to each other. Had a noisy family with small children, so had to wait the children go to sleep before taking a breath at the balcony. Although the hotel has a beach, you have to drink something to sit at the beach, it is not free for hotel guests.
We checked out at night to leave early in the morning, but the reception guy did not see that we had already paid and he acted as if we were running away without paying. Not nice at all. We had to wait for the 'experienced' guy to come. We could leave the hotel only at 09:00.. so checking out at night was for nothing. I hated that. It is very rude that they treat their clients as potential thieves. We lost 3 hours for their stupidity.

Good breakfast and food. Quiet place with own pool in your villa. Nice view with mountain and beach.
Wifi is extremly slow even in the lobby. No outside shower in Villa so you have to walk wet through Villa to the pool and its slippery.

BRAKFAST BASED ON BRAD WASN'T RICH ENOUGH

THE HOTEL IS NOT BY THE BEACH
YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BEACH

Hotel restaurant has nice food menu, but you can't get people from the pool walking up and down in bikini while you are eating, they cross in between tables, for a restaurant with a fine dine looking is not really acceptable. Guests have a different way to go back inside the hotel from the pool without crossing the restaurant, both at lunch and dinner times. Also Internet in the room was not good at all, we stayed in room 205, I had to go to reception to get some decent connection.

Very limited choice of food. The location is nice with the mountains at the back and spectacular view, but the beach is public.
Definitelly not a start hotel in all aspects.
