Very nice, clean, comfortable. The food was very tasty. The staff was very helpful. Ski in, ski out, just few steps or few steps to a bus station both direction - to cityXPress or Trassexpres. Two swimming pools, large sauna world. Children were excited about the huge playground area. Large room, we stayed in the new building in Junior Suite. Just perfect.
A glass wall around entrance door to the room are very nice designer's idea but it is not very useful. There is a noise in the room and light from the corridor but they promised to overshadow it soon at least.
The staff in the restaurant could do a better job of refilling the food. It happened that almost an hour before the end of the breakfast/dinner, the food was no longer refilled.
And family sauna could be much bigger, it is always overcrowded.

Great location, short and easy footwalk to the city of Zell am See. Awesome regarding the possibilities to directly start hiking or cycling tours at the hotel (or skiing in winter). Quiet street in general. Nice sauna area for adults only (loved that there are no children allowed in this area and they still have a family area beside). Great restaurants only some minutes away. Nice architecture of the hotel in the newer/modern area.
We had a room in the "older part" of the hotel which was not shown on the pictures when booking and it felt a little rundwon there even if it was clean. Also the staff was overmotivated to close and end offers they have: the sauna already got opened & aired nearly half an hour before the communicated closing time which meant for us that on the first day we did not even get a chance to use it (as we wanted to be there the last half hour during which it should be opened). And the second day we felt rushed as we were in the sauna area still half an hour before ending time and every couple of minutes the staff arrived watching if we already have left... This was very disappointing. Also at the breakfast buffet many things were empty round about 30 to 40 minutes before ending time of breakfast and even on direct request to the stuff these things were not refilled (or offered individually). At the same time it is possible and offered to take away things from the buffet in small bags they offer which is great in general but is the origin for this lack of some food during the breakfast as some families seemed to take away a lot of things...

The breakfast was okay because it didn't provide a lot of options. It only has a normal coffee and if you want to have cappuccino or latte you would need to order it separately. We usually book with breakfast since we look forward on how the hotels prepare their omelets but this was not an option for their breakfast.
No omelets and capuccino for breakfast. They also don't provide bathrobe in their rooms and you need to pay extra for this.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the view was nice. We liked the breakfast and if you want to stay here, it is worth it to eat dinner at the property. I hope, we will get back soon.
