Estancia relajante

Nos gustaron mucho el jardín y las vistas y todo el menaje que ofrece el apartamento para una estancia cómoda.

Olores a cañerías muy desagradables, hormigas continuamente por más que limpiábamos.

Great stay!

Nice clean 3 bedrooms with great views, all you need for a good stay. Great garden area and pool was fantastic , clean and never busy.

Could maybe do with an aircon unit as it was very hot the fans were just enough this wasn't a major issue as most nights its breezy.

Pleasant

Lots of space in the garden and a nice view of the city

If you want to come to play, this is not the place. Choose an apartment where retirees and local residents will not be alone. A bedroom with a double bed ok, two smaller ones without a window and little space.

Gaviota- a great find

Excellent property. Great comms from the owner. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend this place. The pool area was spotless and the whole complex is really well maintained. The English local residents were very friendly too.

Main patio entrance door lock does not work, so not able to secure the property other than with the lock on the gate.

Very good

The view from the garden is beautiful. The apartment is super with three separated rooms which is unique, bath and design are very good. The Kitchen is properly equipped. Overall I recommend this apartment. We with two children had a great time in this apartment.

We were not informed that no one will be waiting for us but we should have picked up the key from a box. It was unpleasent at night with two children as the host was not available for a while and we could not get in to the apartment. I recommend to indicate it in advance to avoid this situation. The pressure of the water was little low. The pool was very cold, we could not use it unfortunately. The host cannot speak in English in writing.

Nice host and property, fair value for money

Property was very clean, host was extremely responsive and very helpful, nice view from the terrace, house of a good size, cute garden, BBQ, sufficient stuff you would need to cook. Kitchen and bathroom a bit dated but clean. The rest of the property nice and very clean, which is always the most important aspect for me. Had some salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. No soap or shampoo. If you ignore the nosy neighbours the pool is very clean and nice.

Not the host's fault but we didn't like the proximity to neighbours as some of them can ne very nosy and seem to have nothing else to do but to monitor the neighbourhood. Also, if you use the swimming pool close to the closing hour they will rudely tell you to leave. The people in the neighbourhood don't like tourists and they will make you feel. It. Also there was one guy who lives in the last property that oversees the swimming pool (no 44 I believe) who is quite creepy. I went to the pool on my own (female) and he's been staring at me all the time like a pervert. We have only used the pool 3 times in one week for maximum 20-30 minutes and have been very quiet and still every single time there has been someone staring at us or asking as to leave at it was 15 minutes to closing time. Very rude, not welcoming and nosy people in the neighbourhood.

Gorgeous home that has a lovely ‘nautical’ theme. A friendly, quiet complex a 15min walk from centre

The host was in regular contact prior to our arrival and gave clear instructions on how to obtain the keys

Comfy and toddler-friendly flat, close to everything

The host was very friendly and helpful. She was able to supply us with extra towels and even a high chair for the baby. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was a short drive (5 minutes) to the bitch and restaurants area.

There were a lot of stairs to climb, and it could get hard with a baby, mineral water (gotta buy water, can't drink from the tap in Fuerteventura) and other bags.
