nothing special to this hotel not recommended at all and very very very very disappointing.

near to everything and easy access to mall where is walking distance

very disappointing, old room and broken glass windows, ceiling very scary its look like will fell down, and the information that given to the booking.com is not true they are cheating, they said with mini bar, hot and cold. when we enter no mini bar, when i went to the reception they said upon request? then the hot and cold water was not working, again i need to go to the reception and ask them to fix. so i feed up, We booked for 3days but we stayed only 1 night then we transferred to another hotel to continue our days to stay in manila with my Family because my son keep complaining he said the worst hotel ever Papa. not worthy to stay… not recommended at all and they are cheating. wrong information they provided from the booking.com.

- The location was nice, and the price was fair for what you get. - Staff is really friendly - WiFi worked well.

- The pictures here on booking.com nowhere near match with the reality. The lobby and our room were old, stinky, and moldy. It was a let down when we realised. - the bathroom was unhygienic and the shower leaked. - although it is communicated well that some parts of the hotel were under 'construction', the elevator that was still available did not feel save at all. We were staying on the 5th floor. - It did not feel like the place was under construction at all and that the owners are just lazy with maintenance. - We were not allowed to store our luggage after check out to wait for our transport some hours later. This was very frustrating

nice, convenient and free water in the lobby.

Room - old type but it was okay and good to stay. location - good near to Robinson and other party life style.

the problem I encountered was the toilet wasn't good enough and the elevator was too small and a bit scary hehehe.

I ALWAYS LOVE YOU STAY IN MANILA MANOR HOTEL , EVERYTIME IM IN MANILA.. FIRST.. ITS VERY NEAR TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED.. A WALK AWAY TO MALL, .. TO DOLOMITES...TO THE BEAUTY OF MANILA BAY. SECOND, ITS VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS... THIRD AND THE LAST.. IT HAS A VERY ACCOMODATING STAFF,'S AND VERY HELPFULL AND MAKES YOU FEEL..THAT MANILA MANOR HOTEL IS ALSO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME...

I regret that I chose that hotel

The people was nice the staff was Great basically it was the only thing is good the staff everything else was messed up

To be honest I did not find anything that I like about that place I would never never never come back to it the elevator was too small and The hallway carpet was so dirty inside of the room was so messed up there was no hot water I had to take a cold shower The toilet flush was broken the sink water what is leaking we found cockroach inside the bathroom the AC unit was working fine butMaking lots of noise like a clicking noises we could not sleep because it was loud even when I turn it off it was still making that loud clicking noise When we ordered food for breakfast in the morning we found ant and hair and say that to go box Everything was so disgusting about this place I would never recommend this to anybody

Strategically located. That’s all! Everything is meh 😟

aside from good, helpful and kind staffs, the location is the only redeeming point of this property. It is a stone throwbaway from Robinson’s mall, few minutes walk to the train station, gew steps away for a jog at Manila baywalk and just literally at the center of everything!

the property needs updating! All of it! Old, unmaintained, outdated facilities. Uncomfortable bed and sheets. Not too clean toilet and shower. Worst of all, the building did not pass the fire safety checks (although they posted they are actively updating fire safety guidelines) It is a shame that this hotel was not maintained well. Probably this is one of the good hotels in the 80’s but unfortunately did not catch up with time.

The location coz very near to the center of malate..

The room...no hot water for bathing, aircon very noisy, window is broken including the cabinet, and the picture of rooms in the internet is very far from the actual...very disappointing.
