No me incomodó nada.

The location is fine if you have a car. Parking in Santillana when we visited in the evening was quite difficult and would probably be even more difficult in the high season so if you were planning on spending your evenings in Santillana it would probably be better to stay within walking distance.
But the hotel was nice, the room of good size and the staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was good

everything was great. A few cosmetic touch ups are needed here and there but nothing that affected our stay.

Lovely attractive posada, with character stonework, and a very friendly English speaking host who pointed us toward a local restaurant. The room was a little small, but otherwise good.

lovely old building with large pretty garden to relax in. very helpful staff.
the only restaurant in walking distance was a burger bar so we didn’t have our usual sumptuous evening meal. (we are hungry cyclists)

it was a lovely setting, very clean and comfortable. the owner was very gracious and helpful with suggestions for dinner and places of interest.
the only thing I didn’t like was the location, it’s was a big fat from the center of town.

We arrived early and took advantage of sitting in the lovely patio area overlooking the well kept grounds. Beatrix and Antol (?) arrived at our due time and greeted us with warmth and hospitality, and Beatrix spoke good English. We were shown to our room (6) on the first floor which was spacious, traditional and a lovely comfortable double bed. There was lots of wardrobe and drawer space with adequate lighting and a lovely view over their garden. The large flat screen TV would have been useful but all the programmes were in Spanish – usually when we travel there are a couple of options in the accommodation with BBC World Service and/or CNN News. Just a minor thing and not one to worry us too much, but maybe looked into for the future. The Wi-Fi was fast and held it’s signal. Llalosa was perfect for a couple of nights stay – we only stayed one night en route to Santander for the ferry.
The bathroom was modern, clean with a super shower and plenty of hot water. There was though a design fault – the toilet roll holder is positioned immediately by the bath and the spray from the shower through the side of the curtain soaked the loo roll, making it unusable. There is a clever little curtain holder glued to the side of the shower wall which, if we had seen it earlier, would have prevented this. But it wasn’t until after we’d showered that we saw the solution to the spray.
Breakfast was a continental style buffet plenty of choice with cereals, fresh fruit, fresh bread and pastries
Would we stay here again – a big definite yes.
Our only a couple of small negatives were a lack of well appointed power points and no worktop/table for working on the laptop.
The other issue we had was the standing area in the bath for the shower was highly polished and very slippy and could, we thought, benefit from a non-slip mat.

Friendly courteous staff and exceptionally clean
Very difficult to find using Google maps we were taken around in circles. Simple once we finally found. Biggest problem was our lack of Spanish and finding local people who could help.
