We enjoyed the location and private dock. The nearby playground was a bonus for our young travelers, as well as the public, shallow swimming area. The home is a bit dated, but we knew that ahead of time based on prior comments. The home is well stocked, especially in kitchen- with some pantry items for cooking. The living area is a little smaller than pictures portray. Overall, the home met our needs.

The house was perfect for our large family to enjoy a trip to the coast! We enjoyed the opportunity to experience the lake and the awesome park next door AND the beach and other entertainment Lincoln City has to offer! We would stay here again!
4.0 / 5.0
Though next to a park it was very private. Nice for family but would not recommend for elderly or those with mobility issues due to being split level and the number of stairs.

The house was beautiful, it was a good time. Our time spent on the lake was amazing, but we had one day of rain so we went inside and noticed that none of the living room furniture was fully functional

The good, View is awesome, Location is great.
Having the use of the garage was nice. The dock was nice with new decking. The firepit was great.
Allowing pets was nice.
The bad: Mattress have to be replaced! Not one good nights sleep. Needs a deep clean. Broken furniture.
The Ugly: The downstairs bathroom smelled bad.
We finally figure out it was the broken urinal (that should be removed). Someone must have used it before we got there. The washing machine agitator didn't move. Garbage can was 3/4 full when we got there.
FYI: It would be nice if the connected the ice maker on the new refrigerator. There is no cable TV. There was a spectrum box but no service. I guess for what I paid, I expected more. I might stay again if the issues get fixed.

Beautiful location, great place for kids with the park and lake. My complaints are house needs some TLC pics on here are definitely dated when home was in its prime its getting a little rough around the edges for the money paid. Lots of broken items in home, beds need new mattress, house needs a deep clean as it was not super clean. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived. Garbage can was stuffed to the brim outside as well. All in all I would go back here but it needs some work description is not accurate nor are these photos.

If you're looking for more of a cabin experience in the summer, you'll probably be fine. The location right on the lake, and the views from the huge windows are great!
We were very disappointed, however, to get smoked out by the fireplace (chimney probably needs cleaning), in spite of having an experienced firebuilder and the damper was open. The microwave broke the first night we were there. No teakettle, and the instant hot water was set at lower temperature (not very convenient for tea lovers). There were 4 coffee makers though not the right kind of filters provided, and no starter coffee offered (fortunately we had brought our own). Several recliners were broken and/ or minimally functional. One of the toilets ran all night until we lifted the lid and made some adjustments each time. The downstairs bedroom closet door struggled to stay on its tracks (frustrating). We were given one kitchen towel to use (though plenty of bathtowels--one of which was stained badly and should have been discarded). No doormat to minimize tracking of dirt inside. It appeared that black mold was growing in all the window sills, though the house was very clean.
If planning to use the futon/fold-down couches, bring a pad; they're very hard. Lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner provided.
Management was friendly and apologetic when we reported some of these issues the first night, but then we heard nothing further from them, in spite of an initial offer of compensation. We will not stay here again.

There were dirty pans and dishes in cupboards and a lot of things need maintenance. The cupboards were loose the frig was hard to close and the seal around the door was falling off. Lots of dog hair on floor furniture has seen better days. The view was beautiful and the location is fantastic. Just wish someone would have made sure everything was in good condition and clean.

Home was well appointed and large enough for us 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. View is amazing, could kayak right off of the dock (it was too cold to do so when we were there) and the park right next to the house was excellent for the toddlers.
There is a stair to no where upstairs - looks like a 3rd floor but it just leads to a skylight.
A urinal in downstairs bathroom that doesn't work - I'd personally remove it.
No fence for dogs but they stayed close. However, part of the dock (looks like an old part) slides down into the water. Our Corgi slipped into the lake and then swam UNDER the dock, found a place to set in the water and wouldn't come out. We had to use a long handled brush that was nearby to pull her out. It was a bit frightening - so I'd be careful with small dogs. Our bigger dog loved swimming and could use the steps to get back onto the dock herself.
I would stay here again.

Pros: location, play park for kids, pet friendly, kitchen has utensils, private dock, cable tv, streaming.
Cons: water wouldn’t drain in master bath, clogged with hair, mattresses need replaced, carpet on stairs needs replaced, their were a few lights in the home that flickered on and off as well as the porch light.
Overall stay was good. I’ve stayed many places around the United States and this one needs some upgrades. I gave 3 stars due to it needing updating.

Used the house for the weekend with friends and couple of dogs.
Had a great time!
The stay was amazing and everyone enjoyed it.
Location was close to everything but we just enjoyed the views all weekend.
Highly recommended staying here!

Beautiful lake front house. Close to park and swimming. We had a great time.

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful playground and a designated swimming area for children only steps away. Despite the proximity to those things, the house itself felt very private. Beautiful view of the lake!

We had our annual family vacation here this summer. The dock was great for our daughters canoe. The lake was great for easy swimming with our 6 year old grandchild.
PROS: Location; outside furniture that is comfortable; BBQ;
CONS: really need some attention to the beds and mattresses; The beautiful view is blocked by the XL furniture; the space is smaller than it looks online;

We loved staying here last time and decided to come a second time. We the love that it’s next to the park and swimming area! The private dock is awesome too. Only reason it’s not a 5 because there are some things that could use some work: toilets upstairs run, the faucet in the the sink needs replaced and that master bedroom mattress needs replaced.

Property needs upgrades but fine for us. The new refrig filter kept leaking water all over the wood floor. We texted with manager from day 1 but no fix. Garbage not collected. No games/cards. No hangers. No TV instructions. Remote needed batteries. Carpet bad news. The good: clean, location, views, dock, kitchen well equipped, privacy. We would stay here again. Very nice park/dock next door too.

First and most importantly, the lake has recently been contaminated with E. coli and we only found out from a local that we should avoid the water. We verified it online as well. Then, when we reached out to the owner there was no acknowledgement of why we were not warned.
The property is under Vacasa so the communication is terrible. They would either not respond to our messages at all or they would respond days later, or (like mentioned before) not address the issue we had. Extremely frustrating.
Several things are in poor repair in the house, and the cleanliness wasnt very good.
Overall we wish we wouldnt have stayed here. And with the E. Coli hazard not being disclosed honestly, we want to make sure further families considering staying here are given a fair chance to check where the contamination stands before they book their stay by the lake.

On the lake great fishing wonderful view close to ocean beach
4.0 / 5.0
Dishwasher was not functioning, and carpet was missing on steps exposing tack strip. multiple attempts to get compensated have resulted in frustrations and no call backs or apologies. Will never rent from Vacasa again. VRBO has been no help whatsoever even though we booked through them. Seems all the agencies just want to charge their percentages but have no ability to do anything when there is an issue.

Right on the lake! You have your own dock. Excellent outdoor seating and we enjoyed the griddle style bbq. Good privacy as well considering being next to a public park and dock. Excellent choice if you have kids!
Inside has ample seating. Theater style couches in the living room with plenty of extra table/ bar chairs. It’s a bit tight but good.
Two complaints - and these may be more of a homeowner/management issue. There is minor but visible damage to the walls etc in several spots in the living room. Also the spiders. This is clearly an ongoing problem. I do not believe this an issue with the cleaners. The house was clean and mostly clear of spiders when we arrived. There was a couple small webs in the upstairs side bedroom that were not new webs. A spider was in it. Found another in the laundry. Another dropped on my wife in the living room. The spider issue can’t be fixed in between visitors. You need to block out a day or more and get this taken care of. It didn’t bother me much but it will be a deal breaker for others.
Also, checking out at 10am is rough with kids. The only reason for 6hrs between checking in/out is to fit as many cleanings as possible on the schedule - charging the renters around $200 each. If those cleaning people get that money I’ll shut up. But I feel overcharged by the exorbitant fees (booking, cleaning, service etc etc) and leaving so early. Just my two cents.
Vacasa was polite and responsive to any issue we had. So while I wish some things were different on the fee structure, They are very easy to work with and I would recommend them.

It was a perfectly beautiful location. Just nice.

We loved the location of the house. Being so close to the beach and right across the street from the park. The lake would have been a positive if it wasn’t full of noxious weeds, that made the dock unusable for swimming. We brought our boat, but there was so many weeds, you had to cruise out from the dock and clear your prop before going to the other end of the lake to boat. We spent a good chunk of our vacation raking the water of weeds to get our boat to the dock.
The house is tired. Needs lots of repairs, and the cobwebs were out of control. No dish towels, and the frig leaked all week. Hole in the bathroom doors, and the doors didn’t lock.
Despite the issues, we chose to have fun. We liked the fire pit, which we used every night. Loved the bats.

This was not a vacation house. The freezer leaked all over the floor. Maintenance came to fix it but two days later the floor was covered in water. Called to get help and did not get a call back. The second day the downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor. Maintain came and fixed that. The dishwasher does not work the fridge freezes your food. The outside was overgrown and not maintained. The trash was overfilling before we got there. The bar stools are way to high you have to be a giant to sit in them. There is a two step down into the living room which is dangerous my elderly father almost fell twice and my brother in law who just had a shoulder replacement actually did fall down. The area is nice for small children as there is a playground and swimming area near by. I would rent a different house in the same area.
5.0 / 5.0
Lots of room to accommodate a big family with a beautiful of the lake. There was some wear and tear in the house but overall, great property and would stay there again!
5.0 / 5.0
First time staying here and we loved it and will be coming back. Loved everything about it including the private dock, the outdoor shower, the fire pit sticked with wood. Parking is a little tight if it’s supposed to sleep 10 people. I couldn’t get the shower upstairs to work but thats about it.
4.0 / 5.0
Enjoyed our weekend here. The house has a great view of the lake and a nice outdoor area as long as the weather cooperates. There is also a public park right next to it. We liked our stay but there are a few negatives. Ironically, the park next door has a massive floodlight that shines right into one of the upstairs bedrooms. The window in that room really could use curtains because it was so bright it made it hard to sleep. The only other issue was just general upkeep. It’s pretty clear the cleaners come through and wipe things down, the house wasn’t “dirty”, but it is pretty obvious it hasn’t had a real cleaning in a long time. Cobwebs in the tall living room, surfaces are clean but doors feel grimy. There’s sand and dirt in the couches and the upstairs couch has a big rip in it. Moldings and window sill are pretty beat up poorly patched and painted areas on some walls, and the kitchen faucet is loose. None of these things really ruin the time there but they do kind of all add up and give things a general sense of neglect. Don’t get me wrong we like the house and would probably rent it again, but if you are picky about details, these little things will bug you.

The house is nice, has a little bit of everything that you might need, beds weren't uncomfortable as a previous review stated. When we rented property it said it had A/C, but when we arrived it did not and on Vacasa site it had been crossed off. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor, when calling the repairman said that he had been out for a previous tenant, he turned off the water and stated that someone else would have to come out so we had no ice and it continued to leak all over the floor. Codes were sent wrong to us. All and all the stay would have been fine I'm sure, but after 24hrs my son-in-law had an accident on his skateboard ended up in an ambulance, went to the hospital had a fractured skull, bleeding on the brain, ruptured eardrum and was life flighted to Portland Emmanuel Hospital where he went through many tests, CT'S, days in the hospital, he can't hear out of his ear, had a seizure and bit his tongue and can't taste. All that to say that we were only in the house for almost 24 hours of our 6 day stay.

Amazing park , swimming fishing hole right out the front door! Beautiful view, tons to do, we used our telescope from the private deck taking some great photos. I couldn’t give it 5 stars only for the private deck was hard to use with the multiple birds species swooping in. Leaving messes on the deck. I recommend a owls decoy might help. Though the lower half wasn’t ideal we got amazing photos of various animals. S’mores by the fire excellent, bbq was great, plenty of space to relax. But certain small maintenance touches could have elevated our stay, not complaining just real feed back. We had a great visit, it was a seamless experience all from my app. Commutative the entire time. Thank you for the experience.

Lakefront view
We loved the location with the private dock to the lake. However for a fairly expensive week away we were disappointed with the beds. All of them were uncomfortable and the bed downstairs was actually broken. The outside table was in bad repair and there were 3 plastic chairs. It would be nice if the owners invested a little money into yard upkeep, house maintenance and some new matresses.

Great waterfront property with an amazing view. We was there for pool tournament and was great to have this place to wind down at very cozy and lots of room

Beautiful view
We loved the view and the park for the kids and dogs across the street with the boat drop. Walking trail access from the the park. We were able to park our boat on the new pier on the property and park jet skis in the garage. Short drive to the beach, casino, golf course and outlet mall were icing on the cake.

Great house with great views
We loved staying at this house! The beds were comfortable, and plenty of room in the house for us. It was storming so we didn't get to use the dock, but it was so beautiful out there. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing location. This home exceeded our expectations.
We thoroughly enjoyed our off-season stay. An ideal place for families or dog owners. Observe ducks and geese gathering near the home's private dock in the morning. Regatta Park is practically your back yard. Check out the playground and art installation, also the trail which leads to a 400 year old Sitka spruce.
