Organisation bof

Chambre agréable située au bord de mer.

Absence d accueil à l hôtel , sonnettes ne fonctionne pas… On téléphone pour prendre notre notre clé étant à l accueil et on nous dirige dans une chambre qui n’était pas pour nous . Réinstallés dans une autre 1 h plus tard. Usage des serviette pour se sécher du bain de mer non autorisé car cela laisse des traces !

Malgré une chambre à rafraîchir, la vue exceptionnelle est un point fort

La vue et la terrasse exceptionnelles, l'emplacement en face de la grande plage et du sentier côtier, le magasin du musée juste en face, ainsi que le food truck avec far breton fait maison et bon café

Le manque d'entretien, radiateurs et porte serviettes rouillés, porte de salle de bains à repeindre, une couche de peinture ce n'est pas grand chose à faire.

Je ne comprends pas comment Logis de France peut référencer ce genre d'établissement, à fuir...

Bien situé, face à l'océan

J'ai fait la réservation de 3 nuits dans ce Logis de France pour un appartement. Le jour-dit, j'ai reçu un appel vers 16h30 du manager qui désirait savoir mon heure d'arrivée parce qu'il avait terminé les accueils et qu'il n'attendait plus que moi. J'étais à une 1/2 heure et il m'a dit d'appeler dès mon arrivée car l'accueil était fermé. Après être tombée 3 fois sur la messagerie, il a fini par décrocher et nous a rejoints sur le parking. L'appartement était à l'écart de l'hôtel, dans une maison découpés en appartements. Il y avait une pancarte Clévacances Logis de France sur une des façades. L'appartement était rustique, rien d'un 3 étoiles et pas très bien équipé (je passe les détails). Le volet roulant de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas et mon mari a dû faire l'acrobate pour le décoincer. Ce qui m'a le plus contrarié c'est que je n'ai pu bénéficier d'aucune prestations hôtelière (Pas de ménage. Pour le changement des serviettes de toilette, je devais rapporter les sales à l'hôtel alors qu'une affichette était apposée dans la salle de bain disant qu'il fallait laisser par terre celles qu'on désirait remplacer). Le tout pour 175 € la nuit en mai, hors pont et jour férié. C'est l'établissement qui nous a coûté le plus cher dans notre circuit en Bretagne où nous n'avons fait que des 3 et 4 étoiles (avec SPA) en appartement ou suite.

A slightly run down hotel with a decent outlook A little pricey for the facilities

The location was pleasant with good sea views

The tiredness of decor, the tiny bathroom, the restaurant manager was graceless. The breakfast automated (only one coffee machine.) Got overcharged for 4 extra breakfasts.

Nice hotel on the beach. A room was quite small but very comfort, clean, with a nice view, and even an fridge. Very gentel staff and excellent breakfest.

Loved the hotel and location and hope to return. Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant.

Lovely view over the little harbour. The room wasn’t large but the bed was comfy, the wifi good and there were bedside plugs. The staff were helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant.

The access to the bath & overhead shower in our room was very narrow and wouldn’t be suitable for everyone.

Superb location on seafront of Atlantic surf bay. Not a swimming beach. Comfy room.

Quite expensive for standard of hotel, which is typical '70s decoration. Sau na cold and expensive. Meals quite good but expensive.

Extremely friendly staff, nice terrasse for a pre-dinner drink. The food at the restaurant was excellent, but the service rather disorganized and slow.

Good, but not great place to stay in a lovely place

The room was big, but the "sea view" was partly blocked by a stairwell despite the extra money paid for that option. The location is great.

The rest of the hotel was dated in terms of deco and there wasn't a lot of hand gel hanging around which made us feel a little less safe. The stairwell partially blocking the view wasn't great and there was not much help from the staff. Free Wifi is limited to 24h.

Good location but not the best maintained hotel around

Location is quite nice, well surrounded by restaurants and beaches

The room we had had a defective window that would not close, so very cold at night and it was not fixed despite staying multiple days. They however offered one day breakfast as compensation but it felt like insufficient gesture. Also we forgot a jacket in the room and even with calling the front desk where they said they would investigate and come back to us, they never called back or tried to make contact to inform us of the status.
