Beautiful location, friendly staff, a very good breakfast. A dinner in the facility's cafeteria can also be recommended.
My bed was a bit hard for my taste.

Amazing helpful staff, great sports complex
8.0
size of room, location, buffet breakfast
During my stay at the hotel, there was a group of a sports club with small children who where too noisy. Also there was no equipment in my room ( no soap or shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer). During my checkout, the lady in the reception told me that the room was supposed to be given to the sports club group and it was intentionally empty. (so it was mistakenly empty for me)

The venue is fantastic and the location is really good. The resort has many sport facilities.
Rooms are big and clean.
There was only a short time (1 hour) window for dinner
The room was a bit loud , I heard every morning the trucks coming to the property. The garbage truck came every morning at 6.45.

The staff was very kind and helpful and breakfast tasty. Definitely recommend you to buy dinner as well for about 13€ - well worth it.
Sauna nicely surprised us, we did not expect it so clean and comfy, because of the photos on Booking, in real it's much better.
This is perfect place if you want to do any sport.
We will probably come back again in summer!

Absolutely loved it! Perfect location between the salt mines and the ice cave! And wonderful resort!
Breakfast was phenomenal

The breakfast was quite nice and huge!! Really nice!! The room is big but just beds are kind of small. Everything was very clean and nice!! the Hotel is located in the middle of nature - very nice!! i liked it !!
The beds have been kind of small and hard. No soap inside of the room . Sadly the hotel restaurant was closing kind of early- the next restaurant was kind of far away. other then this cannot say anything bad about the Hotel. Lot's of open space and nature is there.

Everything was sufficient. Nothing was great but it was what you could expect for that price. Breakfast was ok. The room was very simple but clean. However, the reception staff was as friendly and helpfull as you would expect in a 4 star hotel.
The whole place did feel like you walked in to a summer camp for kids. Which it basicly was. Towels and bedding were provided but not even a piece of soap. Don't expect any luxuries.
It's not at walking distance of hallstatt but that's easily solved by taking a bus.

Very nice location & view, nice colleagues
No shampoo/shower gel in bathroom, we were lucky to bring our own with us

Breakfast and the location
This was a big room with 4 separate beds, and although that was not a big concern, more photos of the rooms would have helped to get idea about the rooms. Plus now soap or shampoo was there in bathroom.

Private room, good internet, beautiful surroundings, good price
In the middle of nowhere, no restaurants nearby. If you don't have a car like a foreign tourist like me it's complicated.
Instructions are not clear enough from the beginning and if you ask again you can feel the discomfort in the face of the staff, which personally i find it unacceptable.
It's confusing to know where the reception is, no clear signs.

There is a buffet breakfast, and there is a buffet dinner that needs to be paid separately, which is delicious. It is very close to the snow field, only a 2-minute drive away.

Staff was really extraordinary, so kind and eager to please, really friendly and easy to communicate with.
Breakfast was OK bit a bit on the modest side in my opinion, especially since the place is marketed as a sports resort which is visited by hikers, cyclists and so on which require energy.

Nic staff, everything was fine except the light in the bathroom which was blinking. We had to do everything in the dark.

Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Loved the breakfast as well as the lunch.
The beds are a little creaky.
