Comfortable room , wonderful breakfast , close to everything .

Very good

The hotel staff were very friendly. They informed us of the strike and provided suggestions to us. The breakfast was very good.

The room was full of musty smell due to humid weather. We had to open the AC first to clear the smell but was not working well.

Lovely Staff

The staff were friendly and very helpful and were there to check us in and out. The position was great, just a short stroll to a lot of the attractions. There are rides if you need.

Charming hotel, helpful staff and great location

- Our room was new, clean, big enough, with a spacious bathroom and a nice view of the Moorish castle which was a pleasant surprise. - The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. - Location was great. We were right next to the train station and there were quite a few restaurants and shops close by. We even walked to Quinta da Regaleira.

Nothing really. We could hear noises from the street even with windows closed but it wasn't too problematic as the area is quite peaceful.

Would stay again!

Proximity to the train station was great... easy walk to historic center, restaurants and the bus to all the sights left from just in front of the train station. Breakfast was excellent, and although no coffee machine in the room, there was one in the public space that could accessed. Room was clean.

We won't recommend the Sintra Bliss Hotel to anyone.

The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The room was very uncomfortable. There was no window just a patio door. The patio door opened up to a shared balcony so we couldn't leave door cracked open while we slept. The AC unit was very noisy. We could hear hotel guests on either side of us.

A great starting point for Sintra sightseeing

I picked this location to get on the bus at the Sintra station in the morning. The staff was very nice and supportive. And having a buffet breakfast helped me not to waste time but beat the crowd to visit all the monuments. And these worked perfectly for me.

I didn't like my bed was two twin beds put together without the central connectors, so I felt the slit on my back. The room was fine. Yet, noises from the hallway were pretty constant at night.

Pleased we chose Sintra Bliss Hotel as our base for our stay in Sintra.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with advice upon our arrival. Rooms were modern, and beds comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast choices. Close to the railway station, buses and tourist information.

A little noisy at night due to room facing road and bar/restaurant.

shower had cracks in shower tray, hidden by shower mat. Black dirty appeared when we trod on mat. Staff agreed it was not acceptable and moved us to another room asap.

- Excellent staff - Quiet location - Breakfast was great for such small hotel

- No great noise isolation in rooms but thats common in Europe - Shower was leaking outside of the shower area

fantastic breakfasts, very good location

We were in the room next to the elevators (nr. 2) and the elevator made noise. Fortunately, it didn't wake us up at nights, however, when breakfast started, the traffic was quite high. We also heard voices from the hall and the annoying hotel music. But the staff was friendly and turned the music off when we asked for it.

Great location. Lovely and very helpful staff. Good breakfast provided.

Unfortunately, our room had mold issues in the bathroom from a leaking shower and cracked shower floor. It was so bad that the smell overwhelmed the room. Had I been staying for more than the night, we would have requested a new room as it was difficult to sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the staff were extremely helpful.

The breakfast was excellent, together with the room. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke very good english. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the train station.

Parking was an issue, not just to find a parking space, but also the cost and, because everything was within walking distance with many other options of getting around to see the sights, not having a car wouldn't be an issue. Next visit we would take a train it would be much easier. Also, there was a fiesta the weekend of our stay which meant celebrations were going on into the early hours of the morning and the room was not sound proof so it was difficult to sleep.
