We visited Seattle and nearby attractions: Mt. Rainer, Multnomah falls, Olympic NP, North Cascade NP. So decided to find a place where it is in the middle of all these places. Tacoma was a good spot.
Location: The Condo was was located in a a quiet and historic neighborhood. Short drive to downtown Tacoma, dining places, 15 minutes drive to Tacoma Mall, and few minutes drive to Walmart and Target.
Cleanliness: the place was clean.
Entry: easy keyless access. Love it instead of trying to figure out the code and location of the key box.
Linens: towels, extra bed linens for the folding mattresses and pillows were provided. Availability of laundry soap is always a plus.
Kitchen: We are coffee drinkers, it was a surprise and nice gesture to have coffee available especially after a long travel. And there were dish soaps as well.
Rental managers: again, the service was excellent. Very detailed information and very responsive.
Overall: will definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic
The entire experience was better than we ever imagined. It was simple to book with an immediate response provided by the owner. The condo itself was immaculate, well maintained, and well furnished. The neighborhood is beautiful and allowed for nice walks with great views. The owner shared a wealth of information from how to access the condo and what is supplied to where to shop and favorite restaurants! He left nothing to question, yet still checked in on us. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting the area.

Excellent Tacoma Condo
Best VRBO in Tacoma. Have stayed multiple times, great neighborhood, walk to park and market..... clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Loved this property! Bed linens and towels were soft and comfortable! Location was excellent too! The reason it didn't get a perfect score is there were a couple of issues the owner had no knowledge of and he is hopefully addressing them now. Thanks Ron!

We would stay here again.

I ❤️ this place! Fantastic! Will definitely be back!
The location is amazing! And the condo was great, had everything you could possibly need. Plus it’s super quiet. It is very convenient to lots of stuff, I walked to Stadium market and Starbucks as well as down to the waterfront. From the time I booked there was great communication and wonderful suggestions for places to eat. It couldn’t have been any easier. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town visiting.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed in one of Ron's places in Tacoma. Always super clean and well stocked. Easy access and the building is quiet and convenient to UPS campus. We will be back!

Comfortable, roomy, well-located
This condo worked well for our visiting relatives, including a young child. It was well-equipped and the owner was very responsive. It’s located in a pleasant neighborhood with tree-lined streets and Victorian homes. There’s a public school playground a block away and a grocery store, Starbuck’s and city park within a half-mile. We’d definitely recommend this one, and would stay here again.

Great apartment, awesome location!
Really enjoyed our stay here, I would highly recommend this property! The apartment was very clean and completely stocked with all the essentials. The stadium district is a very safe and beautiful part of Tacoma, and we loved being so close to the water! The owner Ron was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we had an enjoyable stay.

wonderful!
This is our second time staying in the Juliet-so that should say something! Does it have a view to the bay-does it have a porch? No,, but I can walk a block and see the bay uninterrupted-we don't sit on our deck at home-we probably wouldn't here either. So, now that's over, on to the good stuff! I love this condo- the neighborhood is gorgeous, and I walk at night and I have never felt unsafe. It's centrally located-just a hop and you're on the 705. The unit has everything you could want-even laundry detergent and dryer sheets, Mr. Tines even supplies shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are 2 coffee makers, one regular and one a Keurig. There is a great hamburger joint and a upscale grocery store just a good walk away. Mr. Tines is super to deal with, never over bearing, but easy to get ahold of if needed! A couple of caveats- it is on the second floor-if you have issues with stairs. there are 2 fans in the closet-set them up and by the middle of the night you"ll probably turn them off! If the blow dryer under the sink is not enough-try the orange one in the closet-it'll knock your socks off! All in all- like I said I love this unit- I feel safe and my husband and I feel like at home!

Great spot!
My friends and I came to Tacoma to see Lady Gaga and stayed at this location. The property was within walking distance of many great districts, shops, restaurants and the walkway along the bay. Also, the Uber ride to the Tacoma Dome was a short distance, so delightfully inexpensive.
If you're visiting during a hot part of summer you may want to bring an extra fan or request one from Ron because there is no A/C, but the unit did have 1 box fan and that helped a lot.
It's in a super charming neighborhood and we all felt very safe.
I will be recommending The Juliet to friends and family.
Cheers!

Condo in a lovely neighborhood!
A comfortable condo in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by old Victorian homes and streets lined with cobble stones ( I love it!). The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was stocked with the basics for a home cooked meal. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tacoma Gem in Historic District
Review: What a beautiful retreat! This was a very quiet, clean, nicely decorated, spacious two bedroom condo in North Tacoma. The host also provided some extra thoughtful details such as a Keruig machine, Egyptian cotton sheets, a house guide booklet and many channels on the tv.
It was only a short drive or walk to the waterfront, observation points, and unique restaurants, in historical old North Tacoma. The condo was surrounded by beautiful greenery and interesting old mansions - we had some lovely walks, nearby, also. There were even some 100 year old cobblestone roads on some of the side streets.
The host was easy to communicate with and prompt and gracious with his replies. The condo rental procedure was very simple and you felt like someone was always available if a concern should arise. It was a welcome change from the expense, noise and depersonalization of a hotel, especially trying to find a suitable place, travelling with our young adult sons. We were refreshed, recharged and rested during our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Perfectly located
Simply but well furnished. Very convenient. Only used the car twice during the week as I was able to walk every where else I needed to go. Ron was timely and responsive to any and all questions.

Felt right at home in Tacoma
We loved it here. Central location, easy parking, comfortable beds, great heater, view of neighborhood, full kitchen, and lots of TV/movie choices. Nice neighborhood close enough to walk down to the water. My daughter was recovering from gum surgery and the owner was kind enough to purchase a blender for us to purée our food and make smoothies for her. Plenty of space and very clean. We will definitely book this again for her follow up. We loved our time in Tacoma--very nice people, easy to get around, and this apartment was perfect!

Will return...
My husband and I stayed in the Juliet on our recent visit to Tacoma. We were familiar with the area, as our daughter lives only half a mile from the condo. The area is surrounded by very upscale homes on the historic North Slope of Tacoma. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.
Arrangements were easy to make and Ron responded to all questions promptly and provided the pertinent information for our arrival and check out. Parking was always available and convenient to our unit.
The condo itself was well stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable with great linens. Since the building isn’t air conditioned, on the warmer days we used the fan that was provided. Evenings tended to cool off, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. We slept with windows open, and noise was not an issue.
I was happy to find a pet friendly unit, and even though carpets were somewhat stained, that didn’t overshadow the fact that pets were welcome.
We hope to stay in one of Ron’s properties on our next visit to Tacoma and our experience was completely positive.
