A real Spanish camping, this brings a lot of charme, but mind the Spanish times!

Nice cabins, big pool, good food, nice people.

Location: there is nothing around the camping itself so you will need a car. Dinner times: dinner starts at 20:30, for Dutch people with little kids this is very late. This was not clear when we booked. Animation in the evening starts after dinner at around 21:30 and continues every day till midnight or later, this was very loud.

A lovely little holiday park with excellent facilities. A pleasant surprise.

The facilities were excellent. The evening entertainment, play park and swimming pool were great. The camp site was quiet between midnight and 8/9am. On site supermarket was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One of our bungalows smelled strongly of smoke. As we booked very late, for one night only, and got the last two bungalows in the park we were happy to ignore this.

Clean, comfortable nice place to stay and wew would stay again.

It was very well laid out, clean and well organised. The bungalow had all the space and facilities we needed. The pool was excellent. The reception staff were excellent. Even preempting my question about parking when we were going to have to leave before 7am on our day of departure.

I am concerned that the shower tray was very slippery when wet. The bar staff sold us that there were no cocktails available despite cocktails being listed in the phone app menu. The pool bar was not open at the times specified in the phone app. information about how to check out earlier than 7 am would have been helpful before asking about it..

Pool and surrounds looked great, well maintained. Whole area around accommodation was clean and tidy. Everyone seemed very friendly.

the bar was nice snd the staff were lovely .

this property was classed as 5* !!! i wouldn’t even give it 1*.a throwback from the 70,s with decor etc .you need to pay seperatly to use pool .9 euros per hour each !!! the room looked like a garden shed with a bed in it .absolutely freezing .the boiler broke

Very dissatisfied with the customer service after a poor experience on our stay! No one contacted me

- [ ] Freezer doesn’t work properly - [ ] Air con doesn’t work - [ ] Door handle broke - [ ] Dirty towel - [ ] Bed is hard - [ ] No spare bin liners - [ ] Mossi infestation - [ ] Only 1 toilet roll - [ ] Door is so hard to open and close! And the hot and cold taps were the wrong way round I was told that someone would contact me but no one did. Clearly they didn’t care! I would of maby tried them again as the pool was lovely for the kids but because I had no apology, only excuses and blaming on me for not reporting earlier even though I wasn’t there for long and the issues arises as I stayed, not aware of all these issues from when I walked in I will never come again.

A great place for families that's safe, well looked after and has fantastic facilities!!

The pool was amazing, sports facilities were good and loved the bungalows.

perfect family vacation

Very clean facilities, the pool area was wonderful. The staff was also very nice. A great location for kids. We were travelling with our 3 children; 10, 6 and 2 years and they háð something to do for all of them. They had the time of their lives. Would recommend to rent a car though as it is not really possible to walk from the location.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, which was not indicated on the website nor in the confirmation messages sent. And the closure was due to maintenance though without people going any work.

No thanks

Good size double bedroom, comfy longe chairs and sun loungers.

No kettle or cooker. Very noisy people in other chalets with loud music late into the night. No respect for “quiet hours”. Cars parked on the roads instead of the car park. I would not stay again.

Nice comfortable place

Restaurant staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Cottages were great, comfortable however, no kettle in the one we rented so had to cook water in a pot. But otherwise good value for money and would book again.. purely based on the accommodation and great reataurant and breakfast 👍

Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful and a bit rude in treatment and due to this we nearly did not finish booking in.. did not give a good impression. Also car park is far from chalets so a bit of hassle when have lots of luggage but one can park close at the end of row where chalet is to unload and load.

Exceptional

I spent only one night, so I can comment only about the accommodation. They seems to provide other services as well. In a nutshell: what a nice surprise! Super clean and comfortable bungalow with everything you need for a pleasant stay - kitchenette with utensils, microwave, stove, fridge, TV and etc. Each room/space has its own air conditioning. The bathroom was properly disinfected. The bed was comfortable enough for a good sleep. Big kudos for the staff allowing me to check-in after working hours. To the management: I believe, the maintenance guy needs to receive a bonus for doing an extra work. :-) He helped me to contact the reception and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently, while staying polite all the time. The price that I got was great. I won't hesitate to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

The check-in hours information, cited in Booking.com, is not correct, so you might miss to reach the reception in the working hours. Please, communicate back to Booking.com and correct that.

The complex was beautiful and clean

Although the regions rested and bars were open until 10 pm, no food, drinks places were serving after 4pm and no shop open at all. No one informed us of that in advance and even when we arrived.

Bungalow, playground, friendly staff

We did not know that the outside swimmingpool would be closed and that we have to pay the indoor swimming pool (with extra cost for the swimming head and appropriate shoes, we would have paid close to 50€ for 1 hour!) We left the resort earlier to get to a place with swimmingpool.

Bar staff need customer service training.

Family resort, fair enough, but at night there is only the bar, which isn't cheap. Asked a member of staff to put a particular football game on the TV but he refused. I was the only person there. So was left watching a game I had no interest in.

Relaxing and fun

We had terrible weather which changed the dynamic of our trip but the staff were absolutely excellent and big thanks to Eduardo who was super helpful

The location was not great.
