Emplacement

Room was lovely with views out to sea BUT a 9 month renovation/refurbishment was still taking place so many fittings hadn't been fitted, a lot of paintwork needed to be finished, workmen everywhere, but when it is all done I am sure it will be fine.We would stay again as I am sure it will be fine.
The staff were very nice.
Please note that after we left this hotel my husband had a fall and we had to return home immediately to the UK which is why we couldn't arrive at the hotels we had booked but I cannot find anywhere where I could inform booking.com of our predicament. Perhaps you would make a note why we couldn't turn up at the following booked hotels, Le Relais de la Place at Le Faou and others. Thank you.
The floors everywhere were dirty where the workmen were still working. I had asked for a Ground Floor room as I cannot manage stairs easily, the person who checked us in tried to put us upstairs but apart from the stair railings still being painted and no lift, I mentioned that I had requested a Ground Floor Room and that was soon provided. Many things like the back door to the parking wasn't working well, all sorts of little things. We ate at the restaurant but the waiting times between courses was far too long and the food wasn't what we liked. The breakfast was very sparse and expensive, no fruit or eggs and the bread wasn't very good either but the croissants were OK. Rather disappointing and I think the hotel should be advised.

The hotel is just across the beach - I spent hours watching the tide come in and roll out again. Lovely walking possibilities right from the door. The food in the restaurant wasn't cheap but exceptional in quality and taste. There were more restaurants and bars only a few steps away, and it was never far to drive to many more lovely places in Britanny.
The room was a bit on the small side, and the huge windows in the hotel bar were not especially good, so it was quite cold during an early November storm.

Wonderful location and our room had a balcony looking over the sea front and the sunset (go for an upstairs room for a better view). Very friendly staff and the dinner is very special - interesting new dishes and some extra courses as well - worth having.
Very minor issue - there was only 1 of each type of teabag and bigger mugs would have been preferred.

Fantastic location overlooking the islands and lighthouses along the coast. The room was comfortable and the staff pleasant. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the dining room.
No WiFi connection available during our stay

Superb location , wonderful sea views, very comfortable beds.
Breakfast is very expensive so we did without, the neighbouring creperie is far better value and livelier than the hotel restaurant. The balcony is tiny. The hot water takes a long time to arrive. All this was the same when we last visited three years ago but the location is still stunning.

lovely location, comfortable bedrooms, spacious communal areas.
Nothing.

Very comfortable room, space to relax, doors that open to sea view. The restaurant is a plus, make a reservation and dine here. The food is high quality, dining room views are lovely, and the staff is great.
Nice walks from the hotel.
WiFi could be better in rooms.
9.0
The location of the hotel was absolutely outstanding overlooking the scenically beautiful rugged bay. The rooms, though modest in size, were more than adequate for our relatively short stay. The staff were extremely friendly and obliging. The restaurant facilities, particularly the quality of the food, were of a high quality with a good selection of French wines.
The only problem I experienced to my cost was the failure of the hotel to send me any confirmation of booking on both attempts I made to book through Booking.com. Booking.com also failed to provide confirmation on my first attempt. Despite this I was double charged and the hotel continues to deny any responsibility for failing to provide me with any written or verbal confirmation of booking.

Free parking, spacious bathroom, good shower
The door to the bathroom is not closing properly. If closed without a hole it gets rolling back (opening) by itself. You have to push it harder to the edge which leaves a big gap on the other side. On top of it, there is a mirror in front of this door.

Breakfast really good with local products. Wonderful view over the sea especially sunset. Easy access to coast path.
Small portions at dinner. Nouvelle cuisine is OK but after walking we were hungry

Great location. Sea view from our room.
Swimming pool was not available.

Lovely food in the restaurant and the drinks seemed good value (not over priced).

Location was good.
Sliding door on bathroom kept sliding open. There were ants in the room. The sea view on the ground floor was really a view of the pool with the sea obscured by the pool fence.
