Место расположения и рыжий кот живущий в лобби)

Персонал натянуто улыбается при любых обстоятельствах! Это искусственно и не приятно! День заселения прибыли в 15 дня, номер не готов( попросили подождать 15 минут! В итоге в 16 заселились... номер убитый, все старое ( подушки и одеяла уже рыхрые от эксплуатации! Попросили кофе в номер без сахара , принесли через минут 30-40 с сахаром (варят сразу с сахаром) попросили заменить и приготовить как заказали...принесли минут через 20! Вечером ждал сюрприз , отсутствие горячей воды...сломался бойлер, ждите до утра так как мастер придёт утром! Спать не возможно из за отсутствия кондиционера (днем жара 22-25 градусов) сплиты работают только на тепло! Соответственно открыли окна и спали с открытыми окнами, и тут началось веселье))) до 2 ночи оры и крики отдыхающих туристов, в 5 утра начинают убирать мусорные баки с грохотом таким...что я проснулась в ужасе что начались боевые действия! В 6 начинаю орать и смеяться как люди огромные чайки как боенги))) в 7 просыпается город и туристы, их уже очень хорошо слышно! В общем две ночи ада((( в итоге утром ( когда должен был придти мастер по ремонту бойлера) мы пошли завтракать в кафе на соседней улице и после прогуляться, вернулись в отель в 12-13 дня и вуаля))) горячей воды нет! Подождите 15 фирменных минут! Через час о чудо вода появилась!!! Вот такой мини рассказ получился! Без зла и гнева написала как было у нас! Надеюсь и верю что у вас будет отдых более комфортным!)

Das Personal ist einfach super und die Managerin hat uns auch ein größeres Zimmer gegeben alles hat gepasst.

Etwas kleines Bett ein Tick größer wäre optimal für zwei .

Beautiful hotel in excellent location

Beautiful property, room was extremely comfortable and exactly as pictured. Excellent location close to Galata Tower. Food in the restaurant was great. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Room was noisy (lots of kitchen noises seemed to be coming from the bathroom pipes and my neighbours were very loud) but I had earplugs which cancelled it out.

Lovely little hotel, great staff. Very comfortable, Ahmet was great.

Televisions in the room are terrible quality. Everything else is amazing

An exceptional hotel with lovely staff.

George’s is an oasis of calm in this extraordinary, bustling city. It is in a perfect location. It has stylish and comfortable interiors and high ceilinged bedrooms with balconies and terraces. The rooftop restaurant has a view over the Bosporous. Try their fabulous Turkish breakfast; you won’t need lunch. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. We left a mobile phone in our cab to the airport and Ahmed sorted out it’s return to the UK by courier without fuss. We will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional

Charming boutique hotel in an exceptional location with a very professional and kind staff. Fulya, the general manager gave us precious advice on things to do and fine dining and made us feel at home.

Nice boutique hotel with great location

Excellent location, near Galata, but inside the streets, so it was convenient for walk and not noisy. The restaurant upstairs has wonderful view, must see. The service and staff were very welcoming, helpful and really ready to help and focus on your experience😍

Room with 2 separate bedrooms, the only one in the hotel, was noisy due to the connection to the kitchen, there was some issue with sounds, nevertheless I believe it would be fixed soon. For us it was resolved with moving us to another room and didn’t affect our vacation. very appreciated🙏

Very good

The breakfast on the roof was delicious and the view was breathtaking . The staff were helpful

The television did not work properly. The mattress was a bit not straight. The hotel itself is a bit too dark There was noise from the kitchen

Great but not faultless

Room was really great and spacious. View was great General manager veru helpful Ideally located centrally and close to everything. Veru charming room much better than any personality less hotel

When you pay 500 euros a night,gettign charged flr a nespresso capsule seems cheap at best, totslly out of place. Our laundry took 3 days instead of 24h and had to harrass the staff tl get it back. After an argument they finally did not charge us flr the laundry.

Superb

Beautiful boutique hotel lovingly decorated. Amazing rooftop restaurant with great food. All staff were exceptional

Although it was not a big deal, our room had a glass built bathroom which is not for me as I like my privacy. More so there was a drainage smell in the room.

The manager and staff were super nice and welcoming. Location is amazing. And the hotel is elegant and very clean. You can’t go wrong! You must stay here.

we found the staff to be a bit pushy. they wanted you to take their taxis/go to their restaurant /always asking where we were going / what we were doing and then commenting on it if they didn’t like it.

Winderful

The restaurant staff were fantastic. The dinner and breakfast was perfect and amazing views over the roof tops. The check in as most disorganised and it took a very long time to check out.

Reception was truly disfunctional.

great boutique hotel

The concierge picked three great restaurants for us. The shower products smelled heavenly. I liked having the view of the tower.

The rooftop restaurant was closed because of Covid. Definitely needs better lighting which I think is due to the aesthetic, but it made it very hard to see or read or put on make up.

Beautiful views on Bosphorus from our private terrace and our room on the third floor!

Recommend the higher rooms with sea view, which have nice big terrasse.

when the roof top restaurant / terrace opens it will be a great place to hang out. unfortunately this was closed for renovation - anyway, it was winter and snow, so would have been cold anyway (mid-March 2022).

romantic ambiance hotel (10 from 10)

The best feature is the location, which is in the heart of Galata. Overall, the hotel was really nice, comfortable and clean. I am highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the Galata area. Thank you so much to the manager and her staff for being so friendly and helpful.

In the room, there is no long mirror. I understand that your hotel has a romantic light ambiance, however the bathroom lights are a touch dim, and the small mirror in bathroom for applying cosmetics is insufficient.

Meeting of the present with the past

Hotel location was great and atmosphere was amazing

Room value per night was not in line with hotel expected facilities. there was no fatalities available such as room servise for food, the only resturant in hotel was under construction, bath room need to be change floor was not in good condition, it was consumed as well as respetion floor was in bad condition, however we liked all over the hotel it was so cozy staff so friendly thr hotel owner was helpful she advised us for excellent restaurants we realy loved the hotel atmosphere
