tuvimos una emergencia en la cual fue necesario ir a un hotel, todo bien excelente el cuarto muy comodo, con todas las amenidades, aceptaron a mi mascota la cual fue muy bien atendida con su camita y botanitas, mil gracias! Amy la pasó increible!

Nice motel style accommodation. Pet friendly but with significant fee.

Basically a very nice motel.

Careful if you travel with a pet. They are pet friendly but tell you as message that there is a MX 800 pet cleaning fee. That is almost as much as we paid for the room. This should be disclosed more clearly. We actually saw the message too late and did not pay the fee.

Kind of pleasant stay

I liked that there was no noise from other people staying there.

I didn’t like that the room we stayed in has a really weird smell and kind of old looking. I stayed at a different room 2 weeks prior and it was really clean. Also while still asleep the cleaning lady knocked and tried to open out room door and she said it was only for count.

Good nights 😴 at Calafia Hotel

Fresh updated room. Good wifi. Nice decor and comfortable bed. Clean pool area. Italian restaurant next door. Breakfast was included. I would stay again, requesting 1st floor.

Check in was slow at 3 pm. No assistance with luggage to go up 3 flights of stairs located outdoors in 33c - no elevator 😑 😒

Poor

We, and other guests, were assigned rooms facing an open venue that they rent out for events. The DJ and noise from the party was so incredibly loud until 2am. The rooms are not properly insulated. It was like having a loud speaker right outside our room. Those rooms should not be made available to guests when they have outdoor events like that.

The room had a horrible smell. Everything seemed clean beds were comfortable but room smelled horrible

More like a 3 star motel

Location isn't bad and parking was safe.

No hot water in the shower. Heater wasn't working at all, only blowing air and making noise. The walls are paper-thin so we could hear the couple next door having a really good time very loud and clear, until 5am!

A stay looking forward to ruined

Ac good, room very clean, furnishings new, shower great, desk clerk cheerful, off street parking a good feature, bed comfortable.

Had computer work to do but no wi-fi all afternoon and evening!!! Couldn't even watch TV as I don't speak fluent Spanish and no English sub-titles. Ate dinner in the attached restaurant and it was definitely sub par to the hotel.
