Amazing hotel full of history

excellent location - short walk to the Main Street. It was really cool to be staying in a cave room. The hotel has so much history. Room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The tandoor dinner in the restaurant was amazing and don’t miss the rooftop bar!

nothing major that I can think of but there was a minor electricity outage twice for a short few mins in two occasions in the two nights we were there. It came back very quickly so no complaints.

Nice quiet stay, boutique hotel which is beautifully maintained and centrally located.

Breakfast spread was the same everyday but we got what was needed even for the kids

Pricing could be a little better compared to the facilities offered. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Stunning Wonderful Stay

Everything about this hotel was exceptional - from the reception , who was just so welcoming and kind to the amazing rooms and stunning views. It was truly wonderful from start to end

The staff were great, the property is beautiful. They have a great location. They even upgraded my room. This was the best stay for me in Istanbul. Breakfast was also good. Will recommend this to everyone!

Infinitely beautiful and atmospheric hotel! It looks like an old rich mansion or small castle, a lot of interesting decor, a stunning view from the window and numerous terraces, a luxurious breakfast, a huge bed and a gorgeous bathroom overlooking the city.

Luxurious and comfortable stay, backed by tremendous Customer Service.

All the Hotel Staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate our demands. The Hotel Manager - Murat - was so helpful he even assisted in getting one of our luggage bags repaired at no cost to us. The breakfast at this Hotel was *SUPERB* - traditional Turkish breakfast at its finest. The architecture and decor of this Hotel was amazing, and its remarkable how they have managed to preserve the old, historic structure of this building going back so many years. The location was great, and was a 5 min walk from the Urgup city center and commercial area, with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and Cafes. If I get the chance to visit Cappadocia again, Fresco Cave Suites will be one of my top choices to stay at.

The only thing that Fresco Cave Suites needs to improve on is their Wi-Fi / Internet access. The Wi-Fi signal coverage was poor in our rooms and was barely usable even when we had a connection.

Exceptional

We are a family of eight people. We loved our stay at Fresco Cave Suites. The owners and the entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. They were helpful in setting up an amazing air balloon ride with a local operator and a tour guide. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. We hope we can go back some day and we highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in staying in Urgup and Cappadocia.

A wonderful experience

Though there were still a lockdown due to pandemic, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fresco Cave Suites but where to start? First and foremost, although Cappadocia has plenty of nice restaurants to offer, please spend one evening in their restaurant. The fixed menu presents many tastes and all the meals were cooked beautifully. I can't emphasize more. Moreover, the location of the hotel and its cleanliness were superb. If you have urgent needs, like from the pharmacy, you are only few minutes away from the center on foot. What else... Rooms/Caves are spacious and better than regular hotel rooms. Everyone we met at the hotel was very hospitable and you can easily feel their smiles under their masks. We got great recommendations from the reception desk when we checked in. Maybe it was because of the pandemic but there were plenty of place for parking spots around the facility. I would definitely come back here.

A must stay at Fresco Suites..

The tandoor was amazing.. Homemade breakfast and a very friendly dog. Never experienced such wonderful service even in a 5 star hotel. Property is well maintained and a heritage itself.

Overall the property was quite good and specially the location

Location of the hotel was very good. It was within walking distance of all restaurants and shops

There were two connecting bedrooms for 4 adults but only one bathroom. Also they could add a few more vegetarian options for breakfast
