Could be so good but let down by a few easily reconcilable problems.

Very large room, great Bathroom with very good shower.

Although the room was large, it was at the front of the Hotel and thus very noisy from the cobbled street. I also requested a parking space in the Car Park on site but because there was a Street Market on the next day and the main street was closed. Either we had to get up before 7.00 am to move our car or after 14.00 pm. This was most inconvienent and very frustrating that we were not informed about this in advance, having to take the luggage all the way from the Hotel to a nearby Car Park. Breakfast was also very lacking with very little choice and the Buffet was not replenished. Overall, what good have been a really good experience, ended up a nightmare. Staff was not very accomadating also.

Lovely quiet location. Extremely welcoming and nice staff who made you feel like at home. The room was specious and bed were very comfortable. Had best sleep in weeks! Thank you and hope to be back! P.S. My bello cappuccino for breakfast was very delicious too 😊

Excellent hotel in the heart of Tolmezzo

Great location in the heart of Tolmezzo, room was comfortable with a large bathroom. Free parking available in the back. Very nice hotel, very good value. A excellent choice if you stay in Tolmezzo

Breakfast was basic enough, could do with more meat and cheese selections - but it seems this is normal in Italy.

True smiling staff

Gluten free options for breakfast. Backyard parking. Staff is exemplary great, much better than in much more expensive hotels (I return back here because of them). Easygoing with invoicing.

Appreciated the warm welcome, felt like a guest rather than a customer, and was allowed to arrive properly and relax before doing the paperwork. Loved the old windows that looked out over the piazza.

One stop to avoid.

The location on the main place of the village. A close parking.

A lot ! NO AC, NONE decoration, NO curtain at the windows, NO curtain at the shower (so, water on all the bathroom floor), bathroom for disabled and badly equipped, no hook, the smallest possible TV (just to get the right to claim there is a TV in the room), a SINGLE BED because I was single. If you are single or disabled, you have no right to get a double bed ! It is the rule of the manager (I asked to her). You don't have any risk from the latter to deserve any upgrade by goodwill gesture. Otherwise, No legal safety sign, no mandatory legal information about the room itself. Indeed, it seems to be a spare room, like a non finished one... About breakfast, a basic one. None warm meal, no omelet, no egg. Continental cold one.

Real Italian style hotel on a perfect location

Very helpful staff, private inside parking for our motorcycles, continental breakfast with super Italian coffee ! Location on the square in the city center. spacious room with Italian vintage atmosphere

Ideal 3-star hotel in Tolmezzo!

Excellent in every way: location (on central piazza in Tolmezzo), incredible price, clean and well-maintained facility, friendly staff, solid breakfast, comfortable beds! Great homebase for exploring Carnia.

Spacious room, located in town centre, parking in inner yard, buffet breakfast with rich choice of meals, very good quality for money. Perfect choice for overnight stop on our long journey.
