تعامل الموظفين سيئ المكان غير نظيف لايوجد عامل يحمل الشنط انت تخدم نفسك بنفسك اذا كانت غرفتك في الدور الثاني لا يوجد مصعد الفطور سيئ جدا مجرد انواع من البيض ومحدود وقليل وموظف الاستقبال نفسيه وغير مرحب

موظف المطعم يسألني اذا كنت من دبي و انا ثري ؟؟؟ ، عدم نظافة الفندق و يوجد حشرات ، موظف الاستقبال غاضب لا اعرف لماذا ، موظفة الهاوس كيبنق اغلقت الباب بوجهي لاني قلت لهم الستارة غير مركبة جيداً

- Great location - Kids playground - Quite for a good night sleep.

- Don't expect any housekeeping because there are only two cleaning ladies for the entire complex! It's ridiculous. - We tried the included breakfast and it was poor. No variety of dishes and flies were all over the food. - You cant phone the reception because you don't have intercom inside the rooms, so you'd need to walk if you have any issue.

I liked the outside area, the look of place is very nice, green places around.

I didnt like the food, breskfest included was poor, i didnt like that people are allowed to smoke inside the restorunt and they dont allow you to sit outside if ypur meal is included. Also, cleaning the room was not ferqwenr, we stayed7 days but only twice came to clean and thats after we asked... they also almost not provide enoghe toilet paper... crazy.

Super location but I am not satisfied with the reception desk staff

The location is amazing and there was a kids play zone which was a super perfect option for us.

The staff at the reception was not friendly at all, I made a request for early check in and the answer was in booking " if available", when we arrived at 10:00 morning after long night trip he informed me to go take around and come back at 2:00, otherwise I have to pay half day staying. When i asked about the answer in the booking platform, he told me it is a standard answer we give to all and when the guest arrives they ask them to pay or wait till the check in time. He forced me to pay half day which I do not have other options after a long trip. I respect the hotel roles, but you have to be clear with guests and I have the right to know this information in advance when I asked about it, not to get the information after I arrived at your location.

location and the outdoor settings is fantastic

I advise the management to work hard with - staff training how to deal with guests - train the housekeeper how to clean the room - change the bed mattress for the comfort of guests - add some Arabic TV CHANNELS as they have a quiet good number of Arab guests

Everything about the place is amazing

The place is spotless clean and bed is very comfortable

Breakfast was ok. They didn't refill any item if it finished. If you go after 9;30 most of the food is finished . I had a conflict with one staff member in the reception who told me to go outside the hotel to get a plastic bag in order for my laundry to be taken by the hotel.. He was very mean even when I told him the hotel should provide this service he said( what can I do ) so (me ) as a guest in the hotel shuold leave the hotel campus and ( as he said) go to a super market to get a plastic bag. That was very rude.

Horrible noisy expensive unprofessional

Really nothing

No one care whether you arrived or not expect to do things on your own , expect u go look for garbage bags bed sheets expect that the whole complex is run by one man he does everything that if you are lucky and catch him. Dogs lose outside from insight campers. The noise from restaurant inside visited by locals who block hotel entrance and noisy until so late at night. Breakfast horrible and you have to wait for things
