War ok

Das Personal war wirklich nett, es hätte aber auch im großen und ganzen sauberer sein können. Man hat dem hotel schon abgesehen das es etwas älter war. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da weil wir in der nähe auf einem Konzert waren. Dafür war es ok.

Das Frühstück hätte wenigstens für 14.95 Euro etwas besser sein können. Für den Preis hätte ich eine bessere Wahl erwartet und richtig bäcker brötchen angeboten und die Vielfalt an Brot Auswahl hätte auch besser sein können.

Gutes und Schlechtes, gute Lage, nette Personal, unkomfortabel für Personen mit leichten Schlaf

Dad Personal ist einfach mega, sowie die Lage. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist auch sehr günstig!

Der Vorrang ist durchsichtig so beides das künstliche und das natürliche Licht beeinträchtigen den Schlaf. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und habe selbst ohne decke die ganze Nacht geschwitzt. Das Zimmer hat stark nach Rauch geraucht und die Toilette war nicht sauber. Ich musste das Fenster stundenlang offen lassen. Unter meinem Fenster, paar Meter entfernt, war der Luftablauf eines sehr lautem Kühlschrank/ Wärmepumpe phasenweise zu hören, da haben mich die Wax- Oropax gerettet.

Fragwürdige Datenerfassung

Direkt in der Innenstadt von Lütkendortmund. Toll konzipierter Fitnessraum. Frühstück war okay.

Höchst fragliche Vorgehensweise, da die Personalausweisnummer erfasst wird! Eine viel zu weiche Matratze bot wenig Schlafkonfort. Zahlreiche Flecken im Teppich passen zu der arg rustikalen Einrichtung. Im gesamten Haus riecht es nach Raumparfüm, was mit der Zeit penetrant wirkt. Im Fitnessraum erweckt der Geräteanschluss ebenfalls wenig vertrauen.

Zeer aangename locatie en ligging.

Locatie en ligging was perfect. S bahn station 4 vlakbij en goede aansluiting naar Dortmund centrum. Winkels (REWE) op nog geen 5 minuten lopen.

Kamer was goed maar gedateerd .

Great quality and privacy for a reasonable price.

Very good private parking, friendly staff and great location. Penny and Rewe grocery shops are pretty much around the corner and there is a good restaurant in house as well.

The shower cabin was fairly tight and even though it had seemingly good glass doors, the floor got still very wet and had to dry it a bit to be able to use the bathroom. I guess this might have been just one room specific issue and overall not even a problem really.

Very good

Big and comfortable bed, clean room, and bathroom. 2 blankets instead of 1 like usually in other hotels. Great breakfast with various kinds of food and drinks

It's a fair hotel and value for money, however there are no restaurants close by.

Good staff. Fair gym facilities.

Limited to no food choices in their restaurant. The 1st room we were assigned didn't access to WiFi then were moved when we complained.

all together pleasant first impression, nice pub/restaurant but very limited food card

Very friendly I had a lovely top apartment for me my husband and my daughters it was amazing very comfortable the TV in every room it had a bath shower and was amazing Definitely going back in June for Comecon again

Nice hotel, shops and restaurants near by, suited especially for couples.

Polite and helpful staff, nice hotel, parking spacious and close to the hotel, easy access to university and motorway, very good shopping area, brasseries coffee shops, even a Sunday market with traditional food.

Superb

The staff is really nice and welcoming. The location is ideal if in Dortmund and want to avoid traffic as one is in the city in 17 minutes. Tram station a 20 meter walk from the hotel.

Simple comfort

The room was simple, but comfortable. Location is near the highway and good for an in-between stay.

It was difficult to find the parking, but the staff gave the exact address and that helped.
