Great value

I stayed in a one bedroom with a large tv, and equipped with a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The continental breakfast was available, but there's always the option to cook other meals and keep snacks for an evening in. The location was in the heart of Panama City with ease of movement in the Cangrejo area on foot or by train, bus, or taxi to other parts of the city.

The hotel is well-maintsined, but it could use a bit of painting and gloss, although then it probably wouldn't be as affordable.

It was fun as I got to meet a lot of International Travelers during breakfast on the terrace.

Re: Bonus Question: For the price I paid, it exceeded the expectations that I had when I booked. This hotel is a great and affordable place to stay!

I HAD A GREAT STAY. BESIDE A SUBSTANDARD BREAKFAST

First the WiFi was free, the property still has plastic cutlery out to use or to take with you. the property is easy to get too, Many banks in the near, cleaners next door also at least 2-0 with in 10-20 meters, Many restaurants with in walking distance. this hotel is in a great location

THE A/C WAS TO COLD. Breakfast could be a lot better, i only ate breakfast once. i prepared my own breakfast in my apartment.

Spacious well-equipped apartment

Hotel was very conveniently located to take the metro as well as a good area to walk to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was available from 630 and was always fresh and had many options. Kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment was spacious, with a dining table and a desk to work at. The router in the room meant that the internet connection was excellent. The washer and dryer as well as hangers in the closet made it easy to have clean laundry. The people at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

A little confusing to find my apartment as it involved taking 2 elevators but not an issue after the first time.

Staff where very friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was good for my husband.

The a/c in the room was a bit noisy. Breakfast did not include a fish option for persons like me who don't eat meat.

Very spacious apartment, with kitchen and big refrigerator (very good value for money) fast elevators, the staff extremely courteous and friendly, in particular I appreciated Mrs. Vassilia coming every day and clearing the kitchen from the remains of my watermelons 😀 comfortable breakfast terrace

The second time I stayed there I was given a room on the 1st floor, which means just above the parking lot and the breakfast terrace. Since the windows have no soundproofing, occasionally it was rather loud.

Comfortable and clean lodging. Attention to maintenance needed but timely response to complaints.

I did not partake of the breakfast, but there was no discount to avoid it.

Kitchen appliances had no safe outlet to plug into. I had to ask for an extension cord. Some kitchen utensils were missing. No pot holders, placemats, kitchen towel provided. No small pots suitable for one person quantities. Pool towels frequently missing. Noisy guests in the pool area.

Good location and razonable rates.

The breakfast has a few menu options, just scramble eggs and tow kind of panamian dishes. An strage situation is about the employees gender, i didn´t see women.

Superb

The staff was very friendly. We like the location a lot. It was close to everything. Supermarket, stores, Metro etc.

The kitchen could be more equipped and the fridge was unfortunately broken. The staff came to repair it but it broke again after 2 days.

Terrible service u asking for help they ignor you or make excuse looking in to it and let it by pass

Not worth for the prices fly and moss all over the room bed bugs room muddy and sticky floor so dirty sheets and blanket aren't clean so much stain furniture are too old and dirty ... not worth to paid for ...

Great value for a good location and a nice sized room, but outdated

The location was great. You're in walking distance to shops and places to eat. The breakfast is decent. It's a buffet with a good omelet bar, you just have to wait in line. The staff is nice and more than helpful. My room had plenty of space, which is what I was looking for. Great value

The parking garage is limited and tight. The hotel is outdated, but not a turn off.
