I was happy overall. I’d come back.

I didn’t eat there. Loved the shower, although I couldn’t work out how to get shower soap out of containers. It was very quiet at night time which was nice.

I was surprised to see peeling flaking paint on the bedside furniture. Rm 33.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Was blown away by the size of the suite. Very comfortable bed.

Found it difficult to find phone number for kitchen when wanted room service. Had to go to website. Should have it on menu sheet.

Very Nice Room

Room was very nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and great standard of housekeeping.

bathroom sink was blocked and even after I asked for it to be plunged, it still drained very slowly.

Absolutely brilliant - would definitely stay there again

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment - it was amazing. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We liked the closeness to town so we could walk - especially in the evening when dining out.

Nothing - it was perfect for a romantic weekend away.

A disappointing stay.

Our welcome was great, although no maps guides provided or information for tourists provided.

The room was squashy and an exhaust fan noise went 24/7. On departure I would have been charged for 2 drinks, about $35, if I hadn’t queried the bill. A receipt was requested where we noted we were charged 2 different rates we queried this and the response was unprofessional; “oh you booked through Booking.com rather than directly with us. The prices change, we can charge different rates.” His attitude was appalling. We would not stay again or recommend.

Convenient location for a business trip. The whole hotel smelled of wet carpet, but the room was nice and clean.

Blenhiem getaway

On arrival, we were greeted with a lovely smile from the staff and informed we had been upgraded to a larger room. It was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk to town if shopping is on your list, and there is an intimate bar area and restaurant on your return. Free parking was a help as well.

Have stayed at this lovely hotel before and enjoyed it each time, so would stay again!

Room very clean, spacious enough for two, had good air conditioning/heating/fan in bathroom, bed and pillows fresh and comfortable, good privacy curtains, good selection of tv channels. Didn't have hotel breakfast or go to the restaurant this trip. Parking was handy and usually plentiful.

Was disappointed in the room service meal. The dinner meal my partner ordered for room service wasn't what was specified by the QR code menu in my room. When queried after the meal had arrived, the staff member apologised for not telling her of the changes to the salmon meal at the time of ordering, nor when she checked whether the risotto (which she didn't end up receiving anyway) was vegetarian. Also the so-called salad part of the meal was a sprinkling of a few microgreens over the salmon and 2 slices of beetroot which was not good enough for about a $45 meal cost. And the expected and enticing cheesy risotto became regular fried potato cubes which, if known about, she wouldn't have ordered a side of regular fries with her meal as well. So we never ordered from the room service menu again and ate out instead.

Very short visit to Blenheim after a birthday lunch at a nearby winery.

The room was enormous. Quiet too.

With such a large room it would have been nice to have a bath as well as a shower.

Nice comfortable hotel in Blenheim

Only stayed for 1 night to do a wine tour but found the room to be clean and comfortable

Our room was a little dark being on the ground floor you needed to keep the privacy curtains closed
