La ubicación

Estaba sucia, y las instalaciones de muy mala calidad. Sumado a que no hubo nadie que nos recibiera al llegar a pesar de que había enviado un mensaje horas antes avisando mi horario de arribo. Por el precio no lo vale

Pleasant stay for short period

location was perfect, cleaner came to change towels etc..

the host was late in replying but still made it quickly when he did & to say how basic and bare the room was price a bit high

Room made the visit to Old Bari very easy.

We called the contact number--and someone came to let us in and give us keys within 10 minutes. Great location--near Castello inside old city. Easy walk from train station.

Precise address a bit hard to find, but this is typical of the old city--and the neighbors are helpful.

the bed

there was an ant infestation. they were coming from under the kitchen panelling and from a small whole in the wall near by. they were all over the room. I found one on my arm while in bed. in the bathroom too. pretty gross. the shower would not drain so it was impossible to use with out it flooding onto the bathroom floor. There was also what seemed to be mild growing on the skylight and surrounding wall in the bathroom.

Spacious, good location

no lift, noises from the outside well heard, everything so cheap, most lampshades in room does not work, in doubt if room is really cleaned between one stay and the next

Location. Good pillows

Mold in the bathroom. Squeaky bed. Kitchen without necessary pots, knives etc. Direct beam of light coming from outside onto squeaky bed. :) Leaky shower door. Owner didn't care in a single bit about us.

Well located in the old town. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

The ambience was not as expected from the pictures. Kitchen was not complete.

The location is the best! The studio was big enough and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The heating was on the perfect temperature.

The shower is super tiny and it is not very comfortable for adults. It will be great if you leave a pot or something else which could be use for heating water for example. The kettle was not clean. The fridge was not working.

Nice place for a short stay without kitchen

Central location , in an old town, two minutes from castle Nice and cozy room with private bathroom and heating system. 2nd floor with elevator (😳)

NO KITCHEN There were only two small spoons, a knife , two cups and two plates. Kettle was very dirty, I couldn’t even make a tea. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all

I would not recommend to stay here

It was one of the worst Hotel I have stayed. There was no heater working even I called the owner to turn on. Towels were not clean. Bed was not double. It was two single together. Air conditioning was not working because there was no remoter. The only thing good was location. I would never ever recommend anyone

1. Staff was not at all helpful, irresponsible and difficult to connect. 2. Place was stinky and smelling like cigratte. 3. Place was very small without any natural light. Not similar as shown. 4. Staircase was very narrow. Difficult to climb with suitcases. 5. Place looks shabby as well.

Very good

The apartments have perfect location in the historic centre of the city. The street is quiet and peaceful and it is close to the landmarks. There is a lift to the higher floors. The rooms are clean.

The rooms have almost no natural light. The beds were very uncomfortable and small. The staff does not speak foreign languages, so it is hard to understand each other. All in all it is not worth the money for the stay.

In the middel of the ancient city of Bari

It is the very middle of the ancient city of Bari about 15 min walkings from the Bari Centrale on the pedestrian street. It was hard to find for us. It is in a very small side street just one corner from the citywall. The flat is small but practically furnished. It is ideal for a short stay for discovering Bari.

The bathroom a little bit too tiny. The shower is very narrow for a normal adult.
