Building work obstructed view

The pool area is very nice

We had a superior room with ocean view but building construction work all of the centre view was instructed by the building it was very noisy started around 6.30 am We had a stressful time and the people in charge did not tell us about the building we were in room 503;

very enjoyable and comfortable.

Enjoyed the room although we didn't have much of a view being only on 2nd floor - yes, a 'partial view of the sea'! Room was comfortable and well stocked with all we needed for our stay eg : kitchen and bathrooms. Security was appreciated for cars and entry. Location was great, right at the doorstep of Bulcock Street shops and eateries. We used the BBQ area several times and also the pools. Was lovely.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The view from our room was excellent and we were located in the centre of shops and eateries. The weather was not great however the there was plenty to do with shops and movies close by.

Summer is definitely a better time to visit the Sunshine Coast with much more on offer. The unseasonal rain didn’t help but we rugged up and the holiday was still fun.

Not happy family's definitely don't go their

Nothing like in the photos very very basic rooms very used and stinks like sweaty old alcohol 😷 I had to keep the doors open 24/7 note that they don't like cleaning after guests and definitely don't use the beds as they don't like cleaning the bedding 😞 or towels I thought we would clean the room out properly before leaving just to be nice to have house keeping to open the door and walk in the room 😦 I'm a registered victim so that was a hell of a shock we then quickly finished what cleaning we were doing and left to get a text half hour later saying that I was getting charged for cleaning that's basic cleaning when I already paid nearly a K for 3 days!

Treatment and now price after finding out the room wasn't what I expected 😔

Great location, fantastic spa and pool with great views.

Fantastic view from the spa pool, loved being able to view the ocean while relaxing in the spa. Great location, could walk up to the main street and the Sunday Markets. Close to lovely cafes/restaurants at Bullcock Beach.

Clean, central and good value

Clean and centrally located, a good sized apartment and the rooftop pool was just as nice as it looks in the photos with spectacular views all around!

Our original booking needed to remove a night but the office never answered or replied so we had to cancel and rebook which meant we lost our nice view room. We arrived at 2:30 for check-in midweek and the office had already shut with no staff to be found until we departed on the final day.
