No where to hang the towel on the ground floor bathroom. Courtyard needs weeding.

Lovely comfortable and well appointed apartment in fabulous location. Very friendly check-in staff at Sullivan’s Cove.

Great location. Well appointed apartment with good kitchen and supplies. Nice large bathroom and comfortable lounge area

Bed mattress probably needs upgrading. The metal poles (holding the roof up) and the double glazing are a little hard to see if (like me), you’re a male who doesn’t watch where he’s going!! Perhaps some reflective stickers or something similar to catch your eye.

Location, location, location. The rooms were roomy & well appointed. Everything was clean . We would stay there again on future trips. Restaurants, shops, markets all within short walking distance.

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hobart. It is so central, but overall the apartment is beautifully equipt with a large balcony and it's within walking distance from everything. If you are wanting luxury, then this is the place for you, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful space.

Loved it, would return when next in Hobart.

Went for the property with the loft which had great view out to the marina and park and was not that much more than standard room. Loved the location as the intention was to visit restaurants around the waterfront. The room had great open plan living, kitchen, closed bathroom and bedroom.

The car park is tight, the top level was full and the bottom level very tight with very little room to navigate down, the bins at the top also limited the ability to swing in.

the beds were amazing. I am really keen to find out what they were. Also the showers were great!

would be great to have logins already for netflix etc. rather than having to sign in .

A great location from which to explore Hobart by foot.

Large apartment with good amenities in a great location. Perfect for our family having plenty of room.

Working out how to get in after hours but that was just us after a long day getting in late needing instructions in bigger writing.

Superbly located, spacious and warm apartment

Location was amazing especially for Dark Mojo events. Apartment spacious and comfy. Decent sized milk and basics provided. Ducted air con made the apartment lovely and warm.

The instructions around the ducted heating could've been clearer, was little confusing but we managed to get temperature requirements for the separate rooms figured out.

Delightful Stay with Excellent Location

Stayed in Gibson’s Mill Apartments for several nights. Very spacious with lovely appointments and was very quiet. Bed was super comfortable and its location between Constitution Dock and Salamanca was ideal. Could not have picked a more central location. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Lighting was a little too subdued. It should be brighter with the option to dim it if needed,

great service. picked up the keys per staff’s instruction for our last minute request of late check in. quick response and easy checkout procedure. though we did not meet any staff face to face during our 3-night stay but our stay was great. location is great except for the heavy traffic during evening pick hour.

it was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly however, when we requested cleaning it didn’t come on ti

the apartment felt very clean and the aircon was well needed!! The balcony overlooked the Mures cafe and the mountains and it was beautiful. the property also had cutlery and equipment to cook with which was very convenient as my group didn’t eat out everyday. the Bluetooth speaker for music was also a highlight

the bathroom was nice and clean however when it came to showering it was a nightmare. The water kept splashing outside onto the tiles which no matter how much towels we used it would not stay dry. the DVD player was also not that good as well as the smart connect to the TV for YouTube and movie purposes (it kept disconnecting and loading which was very frustrating). when we requested cleaning it didn’t happen the day we wanted or expected. we expected cleaning towards the middle of the week (as we stayed for 8 days) but it came on the second last day which wasn’t very convenient because our bins were very filled and we ran out of toilet paper. However the cleaning lady was very accomodating and friendly which we loved!!!
