Хороший отель как стартовая точка в маршруте

Жили 2 ночи как стартовый релакс с all-inclusive перед другими точками Турции, дольше уже будет скучновато. Всё очень понравилось. Приятный отель. Большая территория, есть где пройтись в дневную жару. Жилые корпусы в сосновом лесу, с утра поют птицы, окна выходят с видом на лес, находятся у тени и в течении дня солнце не жарит в окно. На территории бегает много птичьей живности, дети были в восторге, бегали за цыплятами, пару раз их ловили, находили кладки яиц. Есть отдельный тихий бассейн, где запрещен вход с детьми для ценителей тишины. В море особо не ходили, у бассейна стандартный бар с пивом и коктейлями алко/без. Рядом снек бар с хорошим кофе из кофемашины и бариста, качественными вкусняшками. Бассейны чистят по вечерам, у детей не было никаких проблем из-за бассейна в плане здоровья. Дочь чувствительна к хлорке, хлорированность была в норме. Вода не холодная, но и не горячая, для бассейна самое то. По еде всё было вкусно, разнообразно. Салатная зона, овощная, фруктовая, сладкая, горячая и хлебная - всегда всего в достатке, сыты и довольны. Для любителей ЗОЖ и физикл - всегда была отдельно приготовленная вареная куриная грудка. Приехали к 4 утра, доспали в лобби на удобных диванах, заселение в 13:30. Ребята ранним утром нам сразу повязали браслеты и разрешили сходить на завтрак. После выезда тоже никто прям не выгонял, браслеты не забрали и можно было сходить на обед.

Немного уставшие предметы обихода, но это не бросается сильно в глаза. Бассейны закрываются рановато, вроде в 18. Море в этой части было не особо купабельное в плане прозрачности воды и пляжа. Пляж с пыльным песком, который оставляет следы на одежде. Плавать можно, но любителям красивых пляжей и моря тут не понравиться. Отель хорош за счёт тихой и приятной территории, неплохой еды, простой, но приятной анимации. Иностранного алкоголя в этом отеле вроде тоже не было, но мы не особо ценители.

Еда очень вкусная, разнообразная. Расположение и вид прекрасный

Получше убирать в номерах, особенно не забывать про балкон, на который падают ветки. В целом хорошо

no air conditioning in the restaurant/sweating like hell while eating /same food over 8 days /no cold water at all to drink /pools are so shallow /there should be a deep pool for adults /shows are not suitable for kids /rooms look so different from pics and far away from 5 stars hotel /googles were stolen from pool side and staff didn’t even care

Nice family hotel with green territory

- Lots of foliage on the territory, a green park with farm animals. Cats are everywhere. - Wi-fi is working near the pools and beach - Rooms are located in 2 and 3 storey villas, so it gives you a feeling of country houses

- Food buffet was pretty basic and scarce, most dishes were the same every day - Wi-fi in the room was a disaster, it simply didn't work. Despite you pay for it(!). It was only when I changed my room, I found out it's actually working in the rooms. So ask for the room with signal enhancing antenna if internet is important

Nothing Reception is very bad dealing. When we checked in they keep bag's under stairs, when we check out they refuse to bring trolley. I ask the manager he ask the trolley guy to go but he refused

Our room was cleaned every day, cleaning staff in the morning polite, smiling and giving positive attitude. Kitchen staff on deserts, cold food and got drinks friendly.

Not sure where to start from. Lots of building maintenance issues, we were left without hot water for 2 days without warning, dirty marks all over the place! The Beachline is not clean and rocky compared to the neighbour's beach. ***Wi-Fi is NOT FREE and expensive. ***Rude kitchen staff during lunchtime on the hot food***. Poor food choices more like a shelter for homeless people*** Not sure how the place is qualified with 5*, it should not have more than 3*! Day and night we were able to hear loud noises coming from other rooms or hallways. We have mentioned more than 10 times that we are not Russian speakers, no one from the staff heard us and kept on communicating on Russian language. AVOID AT ANY COST unless you are offered money to stay there.

To be honest, nothing was likable in the hotel. From the way the staff treated us, to the food that was poorly cooked, the constant redundancy and repetition of all activities day in and day out was horrible and boring. There was nothing mentioning that it is a family hotel yet when we arrived and checked in, we figured out oursleves. The internet was NOT free even though our reservation was all inclusive and it did mention when we booked the hotel that it was one of the facilities provided by the property. The first day upon our arrival we tried to cancel our reservation but it was declined from the hotel management and we had to stay.

Great location in the middle of a forest, clean sea directly accessed, good food, silence in the rooms, very friendly staff

Drinks are cheap and far from being natural, SPA services are constantly advertised - annoying.

Location, wonderful hotel's territory, clean beach, various and delicious food

There are chickens, cocks, peacock scream on the territory for all days and have been started screaming since early morning every day! It disturbs very much to sleep with open balcony in early morning.
