Ein schönes Apartment für einen Städtebesuch in Wien.

• moderne Ausstattung • sauber, geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet • gute und ruhige Lage, Supermärkte fussläufig erreichbar • schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Personal • reibungsloses System zum Check-In/ Check-Out

Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien hätten dabei sein können.

Big BRAVO

The apartment was excellent. We needed two different metro lines to get to the city center, but the metro station is a few meters from the building where the apartment is. We had a crib and a chair for the baby. Also, the dishwasher was very helpful. We had available tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and sponge, napkins, along with all the dishes. Everything was very clean. no slippers no toilet together with main room’s bathroom，no instuction for the cooker’s use. The house keeper don’t know English and rude.

Amazing apartment and would definitely book again.

We were wow-ed when we arrived. It is large and AMAZING! Clean and it has everything you need. Nice kitchen, amazing bathroom. Location not in the centre how ever it was a 2 minute walk to the metro so it didnt matter anyway.

The smell from a airco was a bit weird, also the airco was directly above the bed which was not ideal. Also, it was a bit noisy the first night. However we think that was more the neighbors that also booked the hotel than anything else. Because after they checked out it was quite and great. We also didnt receive the email with the code for the lock 2 days in advance like they promised. We had to call when we arrive since there is also no reception. They said we should’ve gotten the email but were happy to tell us the code and handled it fine. We looked for the email after entering the room but we really didnt receive it, we received it the night after checking though.

Easy to get in Good appartment Clean Eqsy parking

- The bed was not comfortable - I felt uncomfortable about providing check-in info with my signature where I should have signed that I authorise the host to withdraw money from my card in case something is broken/damage without a possibility to check the status before (how can I know they will not charge me e.g. for something that was not there? ) . When I asked about the hand-over status, nobody answered.

Athosmpeher - feels like home; kitchen equipment ready to cook even “chef level meals” , large dishwasher and enough amount of capsules; washing mashine, qualitative shampoo and dush gel; heated floors; view from all apartment windows; terrace; check in/out time; host flexibility; location. Superb

Big big thank you for amazing stay.

Apartment is absolutely gorgeous!! I really enjoyed to stay there and definitely is on my list again. it’s close to central, nice and quiet area, and so clean.

When I have arrived I was waiting outside on cold weather because host forgot to put my keys from apartment in the box. .. I didn’t like that housekeeping is cleaning and vacuuming the empty apartments in 20:35 pm , because sound is so loud and you can hear the noise from your apartment. I am not disappointed but as myself working in hospitality 17 years this is just a little tip for this amazing place.

Good choice for trip with a baby in february.

Clean rooms, good heater, wide bath, hot water was very fine. They were very helpful for our baby (baby cot and baby feeding chair).

It was just a little far away from city center. (If you don’t want to walk- you need 2 transport). Weather was mostly ok in our trip, we walked and tooke 1 transport.

Perfect location (only 1 min walk from AKH U6 station), and very beautiful room. Free laundry is very helpful for the family with small kids and long stay. Contactless check in/out is so comfortable and easy to do with video tutorial.

Perfect accommodation for family. Great location with metro station 100m away and garage(Payuca 12eur/day) just by the apartment. Great pizza also 100m away. Easy check in/out. Perfect 10 :)
