Great apartment, completely let down by the service!!!

- Great location, felt very safe. Less than 15min walk to harbour and beach area - Good private parking - Unbelievable balcony views - Good shower

- Had to pick keys up from a shop 10 min drive/1hr walk away from property…this wasn’t advertised! - No bed linen, they try to charge you €10pp, this wasn’t advertised!! - No air con - No wifi - Dishes were wet from people before. You get told you’ll be fined €30 if dishes aren’t done and put on the shelf. But they don’t provide any teatowel to dry them with - Empty toilet roll cardboard in bathroom on arrival - They gave a welcome back which contained dishwasher tablets despite no dishwasher. And 1 toilet roll. - Wrong code was given for gate to enter property. We had to call to get the correct code, if this was out of office hours we could’ve been stuck. - Sink and washing machine leaked all over property on day 2. 4 different technicians came out in 24 hours before it was sorted. Once arriving without notice and once an hour early. We had to stay in whilst this was sorted. Unsure if this was already known about as there were buckets under sink. - Not told where to take rubbish, just told to take it out or you’ll be fined €30 On the whole, the apartment was amazing but completely let down by the service provided. Felt a bit like being in student accommodation with the problems we had. For such a nice property in such a good location, why would you not just provide free wifi, bedding, a teatowel and key handover at the property (the apartment next door had this)

The apartment is very nice, charmingly decorated. The view is beautiful and very calm. A true oasis of relaxation. It is close to the center, you can walk to the center. The car is safe, the parking lot is in front of the villa and has a gate. The staff is kind, we had a credit card problem and they let us stay in the apartment without any problems without any deposit. Very nice of them.

It's a little inconvenient if you come outside the time allowed for checking, because it's not easy to find an office, especially at night. I also don't like the fact that bed linen and towels and internet are paid extra. And I have to admit that the bed is not the most comfortable, but it is not a problem if you go for a short stay.
