Estadia abaixo da expetativa criada...

Localização do Hotel e ter Estacionamento Privado.

A televisão no quarto não tinha praticamente nenhuma oferta de canais (não foi possivel aceder à Netflix, nem havia qualquer canal de filmes ou música), ou seja, muito pobre a oferta de entretenimento no quarto... O pequeno almoço muito "pobre" (fraco) em termos de oferta de comida saudável (especialmente para desportistas), sendo que no primeiro dia nem sequer um iogurte natural havia!! Inaceitável para um Hotel que se apresenta como "Thalasso & Spa"... Ao questionar a situação junto de um funcionário do Hotel, o mesmo limitou-se a dizer "Acabaram", e nem se esforçou para tentar obter um iogurte que fosse... O ambiente no pequeno-almoço também é muito descurado (desagradável), pois nos vários dias estavam clientes ruidosos no local (a falarem altissímo), quando até já tinham terminado o pequeno-almoço, e tudo parecia "normal" para os funcionários, algo que também me parece estranho para um Hotel que se pretende posicionar na categoria de "Thalasso & SPA", onde se previligiam ambientes calmos e relaxantes...

Imma - alla reception- è molto professionale e molto gentile. Anche le persone addette alla pulizia sono molto gentili

Ho mangiato alla carta (non mezza pensione). Il cibo era pessimo, così come il servizio fatto dal responsabile. Le ragazze erano più gentili ma più attente a lui che al cliente. Ho lasciato nel piatto quasi tutto quello che avevo ordinato e per il resto del periodo sono tornata a mangiare nei ristoranti in giro, tutti con qualità superiore a quella dell'hotel. Un hotel 4 stelle non può avere un livello di cucina così basso. Inoltre, ho visto chiaramente alla colazione lo stesso responsabile raccogliere una forchetta da terra e rimetterla su un tavolo apparecchiato in attesa di persone.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Eine Woche waren wir dort. In gut erreichbarer Entfernung lagen viele der von uns genutzten Golfplätze. Unsere Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, so auch auch die Badezimmer. Das Hotel liegt an an einem kleinen Verkehrs-Knotenpunkt, eine entsprechende aber für uns gut erträgliche Geräuschkulisse war vorhanden. Man ist schnell auf den wichtigen Verkehrsstrassen. Das Frühstück dort ist hervorragend und das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir keine Halbpension hatten, haben wir zweimal a la carte gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben uns dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Gut erreichbare Parkplätze in TG oder im Freien sind preiswert vorhanden.

Wir haben eine kleine “In-Haus-Bar“ mit begrenztem Speiseangebot vermisst.

room was noisy as hotel is built next to main road and busy roundabout the fried food for breakfast was stone cold even when they brought out a fresh tray of fried eggs they where already cold, scrambled eggs the same the bar in reception area is not maned permanently as waited 15 minutes for him to turn up after asking for him at reception

A great hotel we have stayed on numerous occasions with a great Spa Circuit.

We have visited this hotel on numerous occasions. Nearly every 6-8 months for a few years. We really enjoy the Spa circuit and the location of the hotel with various restaurants. This time we had a pool view which we enjoyed. Very friendly staff and great rooms. Breakfast is nice too and nice relax atmosphere.

One of the shower heads seemed old and had the water jetting all over the place as was missing some of the caps.

Pleasant

The location was good as it is just a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus.

Bathroom was bright red and extremely desperate for a renovation. The balcony 'view' was a main road and there was also a main road right next to the pool. Overall, pretty average hotel but it was fine for myself as I wasn't in the hotel much due to attending events.

everything. the facilities and location are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here many times and I love this hotel. this time the minibar had not been cleaned properly and there was no drinking water but I will gladly stay there again because I have had so many great stays there.

Nice hotel, kess than ideal location.

Nicely sized rooms, walk out balcony. Modern, high end bathroom, supportive, comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and were able to accommodate.my needs by working in English. Salt water pool was refreshing and a great place to unwind after an active day. Safe street parking available across from and near hotel.

Location was close to A7 highway, so there is always a background hum of sound. While the seashore was a 5 minute walk, the start includes crossing two non-pedrestrian marked traffic circles (requiring clamboring overr a few steel guard rails) and an A7 highway overpass, not a pleasant part of the walk.
