Location, plenty of space, clean, great walks, incredible scenery, excellent beach, and a really great place for a family holiday
Getting old - for example, broken door handles.
4.5
Fantastic apartment over looking sea.
Very spacious and all the facilities you could wish for including washing machine and dish washer xx
View space lay out extra touches - towels on bed books - felt like staying in someone’s home

Fantastic apartment, well equipped and well kept, literally 50 metres from the beautiful beach. The owner was very nice and provided us with the keys, but after that we managed on our own. Apart from swimming there is also a small tennis court on the premises as well a pool table in the main building, which our kids enjoyed. I loved our easy going stay here. Great value for money.
4.5
Exceptionally clean
The bed was slightly small.

Could use an extra setter when 4 people are in the property.

Superb location with beach opposite. Easy driving distance to places of interest.
More comfortable couch. Bit small and low.
3.5
It's in a winning location.
The general maintenance of this property is average, as we found many things damaged.

The room was spacious and comfortable for a 2 night stay. The position, right beside the beach, was beautiful and it was easy to explore the local region, including the Cote de Granit Rose.

Another fantastic nights accommodation, gave us the same room as before, spotlessly clean, everything you would want in there,on the beach......can't wait to come back with a couple more mates on a cycle trip......recommend staying here 100%.........so so friendly and relaxed!!!!!!
Absolutely nothing to not like!!!!!!

Absolutely breathtaking scenery and the accommodation was just superb......the people were the friendliest, funniest lovely people I've ever met and really know how to enjoy themselves.....a heavy evening drinking session in the little bar 500 yards from our room, live music, dancing and loving life.......100% recommend to anyone thinking of going here......and the swim in the sea just topped it all off.......stunning

This is not a true hotel, but "appart hotel", so if guests need to clean and run the dishwasher before leaving, check out should be 11, not 10.
Something else to know is that there is no elevator. Not an issue for us, but maybe so for some guests.
4.5
Excellent value for money, very friendly, lovely location.
Anything negative would be hash as the property represented excellent value for money
4.5
Seafront location, nearby bar/restaurant, helpful staff, cycle friendly

The apartments are across the road from the beach, in a very quiet village. There is a bar, and several restaurants. Probably more facilities in high season, but we were there in early September.
The restaurant attached to the apartments could be open more evenings, but the one time we ate there, the food and service were lovely.

great position, simple but effective.
mattress in the main bedroom was a little to be desired! needed to be a lot softer. Very firm not a good nights sleep.
3.5
You only have to cross the street and you are immediately on the beach.
There is a shower in the yard to rinse off sand and salt water.
The equipment is minimalistic and partly in need of repair. Shelves, especially in the bathroom, are missing. Doors rattle, windows can only be opened fully, not tilted.
The beach is flooded at high tide.

Nice apartment very close to the sea. We were a bit late for check-in, but the guy was very kind and waited for us. Easy parking.
Cheap materials and quite a few things to be fixed, as for example the taps. Towels with permanent marks, not nice. Quite small bed. Very noisy air condition system.
We booked with sea view - and you can actually see the sea from the apartment, but you have the hotel in front of you.

We loved the location at the beach and in a beautiful environment. The appartment was very spacious and comfortable.
3.0
Town was quiet with not many facilties, but the property location was good for exploring the local area, price was reasonable and we loved Plougasnou town 10 mins bike ride away up hill. You would need bikes or a car. The appartment was at back of Hotel with no view, it was comfortable like a beach cabin. Beach was 1 mins walk away and we were able to swim before breakfast everyday which was wonderful. Host was friendly. We enjoyed our stay and where able to return from a days touring for a peaceful supper on the decking.
We were in an appartment with outside decking, it was a shame this looked out onto the car park, we felt some wooden trellising wld have given more privacy and for aethectics. Guy was friendly but we were left alone after he handed us the keys, no one came to check or give us instructions about check out.
There was no information about the area, Wifi code did not work, nothing complimentary in terms of water or coffee, this would have been nice and there was no freezer compartment which we thought was basic for a self catering appartment.
3.5
A good location overlooking the beach. A decent resto/bar and terrace.
Bar and resto closed on Mondays.
Spacious room but no character, nor a single piece of decoration /art on the walls.
4.5
lovely apartment that is close to the beach, quiet and spacious.

For some reason, we were upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment with a sea view. The view was absolutely spectacular.
The apartment was very roomy with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower combined, a separate toilet, a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. all lovely and very clean.
The restaurant Le Cameline is a few steps from the hotel and it’s amazing. It was one of the reasons we stayed at this place.
Apartment had a washing machine and dishwasher. Those were great for us.
The host/manager was very helpful and available.
The hotel restaurant/bar was closed. It is only open from Thursday through Sunday although the hotel was full. We would have liked to have dinner after arriving by bicycle.
There were no nearby convenience stores or inexpensive restaurants open either which meant we had to ride our bikes two miles uphill to get to the only supermarket in order to buy food for dinner. This would not be a problem if you were arriving by car.
There also doesn’t appear to be any places around the hotel open for lunch. Again if you were driving this would not be a problem.

We booked 2 apartments for overnight ahead of Roscoff ferry. Whilst 40 minutes from port excellent location overlooking see and apartments were spacious and well equipped. An added bonus was the adjoining restaurant (which is not mentioned in details) where we had an excellent meal as a family (4adults plus 7 year old).
We had nothing to criticise.
