good location

You have to pay 200 hryvna to check in early. The sewer in the bathroom in room 2 is blocked. The sound of heating from the water heater continues intermittently

Great place to stay and would love to stay here again

The apartment is in one of the best locations in the centre of the city, close to everything that you will need. The apartment its self is very spacious and comfortable but will need to have some small work done to tidy it up, it was nice and warm and easy to keep warm. The TV could do with being a little larger as it is a little small for the size of the room.

There could have been more plates, knife forks and spoons. The bedding could have been a bit better due to the size of the bed in the main bedroom the sheets did not fit totally (the bed is very big)

I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment is very clean. ease of settlement. good view from the window.

The apartment does not have a door between the kitchen and the room, and the refrigerator is very noisy, it is difficult to sleep in such noise

Two bedrooms apartment in the Kyiv center

Pros: - All necessary kitchen utensils are available - Two separate bedrooms, so a company can be accommodated and they will not interfere with each other - Full size bath instead of a shower cabin - Convenient location close to Khreshchatyk street, Maidan and Teatralna/Khreshchatyk metro stations - Excellent value for money

Cons: - Can be a bit noisy due to the busy street and a café on the ground floor (but you can hear live piano music from there, so that it might be a plus for someone :) ) - Air conditioning only in one bedroom and TV only in the second - Since both rooms are bedrooms, there is only a kitchen that can be used as a common space and this kitchen is quite small in size

Stylish apartment in the very center of the capital of Ukraine

Pros: - Large apartment size - Stylish apartment design - Large bathroom with jacuzzi - All necessary kitchen utensils are available - Large and comfy double bed and sofa - Separate air conditioning in each room - Located in the very center of the city (next to Maidan) - Great view from the windows on Khreshchatyk street

Cons: - Can be a bit noisy due to the busy street - Limited number of supermarkets and grocery stores around (I found only two supermarkets within walking distance) - For some reason, the elevator rose only from the second floor (so I had to walk up from the first floor to the second, and from there take the elevator up to the 7th floor)
