it was a great quiet family getaway.
the cafe was closed Monday - Thursday and food wasn’t available until 2pm on the Friday.

having a pool on site and access to the restaurant was very handy as there is not much really nearby. One of the lights was blown and the staff came and fixed it quickly.
The sofa's in the living area were quite dirty and we had to put some blankets over them to feel comfortable. The staff were happy to provide extra blankets which we used for this purpose.

Location was the only Tahiti like.
The accommodation was filthy. Fly screens, bbq, couches would be the filthiest I’ve come across. To ask top dollar was a joke.
2.0
The location.
The accomodation was grubby and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Upstairs room had no aircon and the aircon in the living area was loud.
5.0
Everything, location, price, near the beach, BBQ outside room etc.
No drier, very small TV.

The lady was helpful and proactive in arranging our late check-in, albeit ultimately, we did arrive before 4:00pm. The unit was spacious and the bed comfortable. When travelling by bicycle it is good to have plenty of space including somewhere to store the bicycle overnight which we had.
This is the most expensive night of accommodation of our entire 6=week cycling trip around SW WA. We had expected something special. It was, but not in a good way.
- The rubbish bin under the sink was full of rotting garbage and the whole area within the cupboard space stank. We got rid of the rubbish and opened the cupboards then went for a 90-minute walk to try to let the smell clear. Interestingly there was a notice saying that there was a $25- penalty for not emptying the bin but I guess it they don't check it doesn't apply. Not sure when the unit had last been used but it smelt like it was a while
- The shower was quite weak which was disappointing
- There were ample amounts of two different types of tea and two different types of sugar but no coffee and no milk
- One of the key reasons we booked this place was that it had an on-site restaurant. It wasn't open. This may have been poor research on my part or maybe they have changed the days/hours. At least there was a shop next door where we could buy stuff.
- The cook top had no markings and no manual, so we struggled to work out which dial worked which plate and what was high and what was low.
- There was no lid for the larger of the two provided saucepans and no colander or similar device.
- The insect screen on the main door had holes in it but didn't close properly anyway. This is an area with lots of biting insects so the glass doors needed to be shut at all times.
Overall incredibly poor for the price changed

townhouse wasn’t the cleanest

Reasonable accommodation for the area. Loved the beach and kangaroos. Unit was large and comfortable. Toilets upstairs and downstairs, plus a washer & dryer. Very quiet. Impressive air conditioning keep us very cool. Nice to also have ceiling fans.
3 star accommodation for 5 star price. Some parts of the unit were in poor condition, and unit could have been cleaner. Sliding screen door damaged which we thought was very poor in a high risk Ross River Virus area. Outdoor furniture and bar-b-que in such poor condition they would be unusable. If going again we will ask for a unit that has been better maintained than the one we were in.
