No me gusto nada del hotel
había cucarachas en la habitación y no limpian las habitaciones solo lo hacen se les solicita, no cambian las tollas de baño, coloque una queja por el olor a humedad y el trato fue pesimo

Overall, a very nice hotel. Good facilities and staff. Incredible series of hot and cold pools. Convenient location.
A bit rustic with regard to bugs

The property is in a good location. And the bed was comfortable.
The room was not clean upon checkin. The floor was extremely dirty. But next day, when we told the staff, the cleaning ladies came to clean the room. My friend and I had to show them how to clean the floor properly because they were not trying to clean the corners of the room. They also weren't going to clean the windows until we told them to.

the location was good
every place in the hotel is dirty, the parking, the pool areas, the room.. towels where old and they dont even offer a descent soap or shampoo. The room didnt hace the offered “sea view” and its extreamly loud ouside

nice pool, Wi-Fi, friendly staff
loud noise at 9am all morning. next to door and on balcony beside us construction being done by staff on next door room. drilling, sawing, banging :(

don't use booking.com they will charge you more than reservation and will not void a credit card block. Basically you have to pay x2 on what booking will list the room on

Nothing, the stuff didn’t help with some problems in the room, first, the AC is broken, the lights are no working

The size of the room with a kitchenette
Did not have any food, room is out dated and in need of renovations at best a 3 star. The price does not reflect the value. $17 a drink with covid extreme low season. They compared the number one disco bar in high season for the price at the hotel. Much better places to stay with better value. The pictures on the site are correct but most likely taken in the 1980’s.
