Relaxing and inviting.

Outstanding cabin for a weekend stay, beautiful property all round, still nice and close to Maleny if you need that. The cabin is tucked away in the woods for complete privacy. We were provided with everything we needed, the cabin was so clean and tidy. The eggs and other supplies for breakfast were an awesome touch as well.

Absolutely magical weekend..Very Secluded, very tranquil, the best way to celebrate 15 years married

The serenity was amazing, to live for! So peaceful, so relaxing, so perfect for our wedding anniversary! Every inch of love from Barbara was felt and appreciated. From the local food she provided, to the luxurious appliances / amenities, the gift of wine, the love she has for her guests and that cottage speaks volumes. We turned our phones off, and just relished in each other's company and in nature and it was so wonderful to reconnect! We WILL be back :)

The food was amazing and everything was considered (gluten free options). We had more than enough for breakfasts and having the bbq there to do cook ups on was fantastic 😊

Aircon would have made it a little more comfortable 😊 but over all everything was very pleasant.

Everything was wonderful, a perfect romantic retreat.

The breakfast supplies were as listed and good quality. I also liked the extra little items left for our use like S&P, oil, cling wrap in the kitchen plus cotton buds, balls and personal products in the bathroom.

Maybe offer a choice of juice and yoghurt flavours as orange juice upsets my tummy and my partner dislikes mango flavour. The sugar sachets had something spilt in the container so 50% of the contents were damaged, possibly a closer inspection of pantry items required. The addition of an Airfryer may be a good idea.

Loved the fireplace, Spa Bath & being amongst the nature - pure bliss!

No reception but that was due to Telstra working on the lines, no fault of the owners! I quite enjoyed being without my phone though!

Absolutely beautiful!

The owners Barb and Klaus have really gone out of their way to turn this cottage into an absolute hidden gem! The location is stunning, the cottage is absolutely beautiful! Spacious and really well thought out, everything you could ever need supplied. We had such an amazing stay, the fireplace was beautiful and cooking on the balcony everynight listening to the wildlife was just so tranquil!

I got a little excited as I love animals and wanted to visit the cows lol I was zapped by an electric fence haha that however was my fault LOL

it had the feel of a isolated cottage away from distractions it was a really good way to just relax and unplug.

it was absolutely serene it was an amazing place to go to to switch off

the only thing I can comment on was that there was no reception, but we didn’t actually mind cause it made us more present in the moment instead of on our phones so I actually really loved that aspect

The location, the view, the trees, the cleanlinesses, the cottage and ammenities- we actually loved everything.

We couldn’t fault it. We didn’t have any mobile coverage with Telstra, however bought an Optus prepaid sim with us and we had full range :) we only did this incase our kids or family needed to contact us in an emergency.

Honeymoon escape

Spa bath was wonderful, the view was delightful and the cows, although from a distance were adorable. The fire place was a beautiful addition that set the scene and kept us warm. The beautiful location among the trees was an amazing way to feel isolated and cosy. All in all, an amazing trip that we will so very be returning for.
