Fantastique

Très bonne expérience avec cet hotel, excellent emplacement proche de tout, par contre j'aurais bien aimé s'il y avait une option petit déjeuner, parceque ce n'est pas pratique d'etre obligé d'aller chercher son petit déjeuner chaque matin. Mais sinon, super hotel !!!

Le faite qu'il n'y a pas un petit déjeuner.

Quiet streets in the morning (during a school holiday), comfy beds, Smart-TV with Netflix/Youtube, breakfast fine enough for the price.

I booked at 23:30 and arrived at 00:30 to notice a locked door without a PIN code to receive my key from the dispensary. Had to call the given number multiple time to reach someone who told me that they don't check-in people at night. That's not described anywhere. I received the PIN via telephone in the end. --------------- The bathroom door is a sliding panel which is not flush to the wall so odor can leak. Also super loud to close which is annoying during the night. The shower doors also don't keep the water in and are awkward to handle. The bathroom floor was quickly drenched.

Very modern and comfortable rooms in great walking distance to the city. Only negative was that the counter was never occupied. But all in all very recommendable.

Was very pleasantly surprised - it was a self check-in budget place, but inside it was actually really nice, better than expectations

I won’t come back

My room was clean and quite comfortable

The first thing that I have to underline is that, apparently, no one in this hotel can speak English. All of the emails I received were, in fact, written only in German, even the most important ones containing the instruction to enter the hotel. I had also written an email in English to them asking for some important information, and never got a reply. I did not understand a word and had to use google translator, which should not happen, since this structure is an hotel with, I believe, some international guests who don’t speak German. I had some troubles on the day of my arrival opening the door of my room, and, of course, nobody was here. I called the emergency number they wrote on the email, and nobody answered. I was therefore forced to ask a person I found in the street to help me with the key! I was satisfied only with the cleaning of my room, which was good.

Comfortable hotel at a reasonable price for a short stay in Tuebingen.

Quiet, comfortable, good location, breakfast reasonable. Poor choice of coffee, rather old, slow machine. No hot milk.

The entrance to this hotel is extremely dark, there is no light outside the entrance door. Not easy to unlock the front door in this situation. Light only comes on inside when door is opened. Rather unnerving when one is alone and it is late. Would be great if this could be fixed for next time!

Simple check in/out. Spaceous room with great Terrasse. Very clean and great comfy bed.

Easy to reach, extra simple check in and check out. Very clean room and fabulous cosy bed. Coffee and tea in the room, very spaceous with a extra bench for extra space or space to sit t the wall. Terrasse with space to sit outside. Very nice bathroom and shower.

Very good

Overall great room and the price is totally fine. The staff is very nice and the location perfect for Tübingen. Highly recommend.

Some maintenance Is required (e.g. one of the plugs in the wall fell off when I unplugged my phone.) But I'm sure that's something soon fixable.

Not reliable - would not recommend

The rooms were very clean.

It is almost impossible to contact anyone at the hotel outside of the very few hours in the morning when the reception is open (~10 am). All the telephone numbers and email address provided were not useful. The worse was when I returned to the hotel on the second night, only to find an incredibly LOUD alarm with a red blinking light coming from the reception of the hotel. It was impossible to contact anyone to figure out what was happening and how to stop it. The alarm was ringing ALL NIGHT, and in fact, when I left around 8:30 am it was still ringing. Needless to say, if you want to get some proper rest at night, stay somewhere else. I would not recommend. Finally, some elements in the booking description are certainly not true: the rooms have no city view (they face another building), and they do not speak English. On the very few occasions when they picked up the phone in the afternoon, I had to struggle with my basic German and their lack of patience. It might be possible to have a smooth stay here if nothing goes wrong. But beware, if any problem arises (such as the one I had with the alarm)... You are on your own.
