The location of the hotel was great. We could walk to the beach barefoot as it was a minute away. We loved that there was no dog restriction (hotel/beach). The room was spacious on a quiet street. Breakfast super. The area was great for small kids with gradual entry to sea, lots of playgrounds at the beach and great sand.
The only thing that bothered me (but the most) was the kitchen. There was no kettle, the stove was so small that we couldn't put 2 pots on it at the same time. We had a dishwasher but no tablets provided so I would appreciate more a sponge and washing liquid.

Close to the beach, nice pool, very spacious and clean apartment. Very good value for money!
The mattresses weren’t ideal, no couch to sit on due to the kids sleeping in the living room.

Location is good - almost next to the beach. The room itself is comfy and has enough space for a family of four. Individual kitchen is essential when you travel with kids.
- Breakfast area at 4th floor of the hotel is extremely small and cannot hold all the people who want to have a breakfast in the morning.
- Some pictures are not representing the real view from the room, for instance there's a picture that shows beach and the sea from the window frame - don't believe :) it's a view from hotel Niagara which is in front of Royal Hotel. The Royal Hotel is on second line from the beach.
