NÃO SEU SE FICARIA NOVAMENTE NESSE HOTEL.

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ SATISFATÓRIO.

QUARTO PEQUENO, BANHEIRO PEQUENO, PIA FORA DO BANHEIRO, POUCA ILUMINAÇÃO E COM LÂMPADA QUEIMADA. PREÇO CARO PARA UM QUARTO COM ESSAS CARACTERÍSTICAS.

Valeu em função da localização.

Não almocei no hotel.

O tamanho do quarto, eu não gostei. A porta do banheiro deveria ser de correr e não de abrir, pois o quarto é muito pequeno e com a porta aberta do banheiro a locomoção dentro do quarto fica comprometida, isso, porque não sou obeso, imagina se eu fosse.

Decepcionante da chegada à saída.

Quarto e banheiro extremamente pequenos. A pia era fora do banheiro. O quarto não contava com um armário ou similar. O café era básico e mesmo assim custava mais de R$ 40. Ao chegar, demoraram muito para achar a nossa reserva (feito com meses de antecedência pelo Booking). Depois de dois dias hospedados, um funcionário nos acordou à tarde batendo na porta para dizer que o horário de nosso check-out já tinha passado, quando na verdade, só seria 2 dias depois. Após descer para entender a situação, o funcionário demorou muito para identificar o erro e mesmo assim, não me deu sequer um pedido de desculpas. Pior experiência que já tive no Ibis.

Expectativa para a virada!

Piscina ótima, bom café da manhã, bons preços no restaurante.

Quarto pequeno, cama pequena para quem tem 185m, sem banheiro na piscina e a hidromassagem não ligava. Como era fim de ano, o hotel poderia ter programado uma festa na piscina.... entretanto, ela fechou às 21h.

It was too good was possible.

I liked of the value for money. The breakfast is delicious.

I didn't like the furniture. It was old and the ar conditioning is very durty.

Staff was nice and hospitable, but not always able to address requests.

Room 212 was in disrepair (toilett was losing water; no shampoo; the AC broke down mid-night). Then I changed to room 510 -- much better, but no soap, toillett clogged, ceiling tiles out of place. Fruit, ham, cheese in breakfast buffet were not fresh enough

Good option in Belém

Location, the hotel is near to restaurants and café, easy to take a Uber to the airport and to the centre. Easy check-in and administration issues were sorted without trouble.

No hot shower and the space in the room was badly planned. It was impossible to open the fridge door without hitting the bed, while plenty space was left by the window, see pics. Staff was great, but a few members would benefit from an additional training to improve.

Never coming back.

There is nothing at all to be liked. Horrible hotel. It doesn’t meet any Ibis’s standards. A shame to the brand.

The room had a bad smell, like mould with a bad perfume to hide it. Sheets were of poor quality. They didn't even cover the entire mattress. Towels don't dry. Not clean.

I recommend it. Good price for a comfortable bedroom.

The location is good. Near to the airport, near to the downtown and a important shopping mall. The staff is polite. The bedroom has a good space.

I don’t have complaints about my stay.
