Grosse déception

L'accès à l'hôtel, le stationnement privé sont bien. La chambre et la literie sont très confortable, et le petit dejeuner très bon mais un peu cher 17€....

Nous sommes venus à 7 motards, accueil déplorable. Limite foutage de gueule, il semblerait que la jeune femme ne sache pas faire la différence entre clients et copains? Surprise!!!! caution de 200 € par chambre, qu'on a récupéré le lendemain en insistant beaucoup !!!! Le SPA et piscine pourrait être sympa, dommage le sauna en panne et l'eau de la piscine pas trop claire. 23h00, on sort du restaurant, on veut boire un dernier il est 23h15, le personnel est sur place assis dans les canapés et ne veut pas nous servir, NOUS SOMMES FERMÉS !!!!! Allez au pub d'à côté !! Bref un 4* Ce n'est pas qu'une TV, un lit, une clim ..... c'est aussi un accueil, de l'entretien et surtout avoir envie de travailler et de s'occuper de la clientèle.

Tolles Hotel gerne wieder!

Tolles Hotel, super Frühstück! Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet mit vielen Geschäften und ist außerhalb von Vannes. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß 45 Minuten weit weg. Ein Bus fährt direkt in der Nähe vom Hotel ab (alle 30 Minuten jedoch nur bis 19.00) und kostet für eine Fahrt 1,50 € / Person. Wer am Abend in die Stadt will sollte das Auto nehmen.

Der Spa ist nett, aber nicht das, was man in Deutschland unter einem Spa versteht. Ein Dampfbad eine Sauna ein kleiner Pool jedoch keine Liegen etc. Der Spa ist offiziell ab 16 Jahren ….. wir sahen aber auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern :).

Bonne surprise !

Les petits déjeuners, buffet très bien garni, varié et copieux. La possibilité de se faire masser à l'hôtel, le choix varié de massages avec des masseurs et masseuses très professionnels. Le bar et la possibilité de se restaurer directement à l'hôtel. Certes, il n'y a pas la vue, car situé dans une zone commerciale, mais plusieurs restaurants se trouvent à proximité si vous n'avez pas envie de retourner dans le centre ville.

La piscine est un peu petite mais elle existe.

Mooie kamer, goede bedden en prima parkeren. Ook goed initiatief om op de gang een machine te zetten zodat je altijd water kunt tappen zonder plastic flessen te verspillen. Dicht bij hotel horeca en allerlei winkels.

Zwembad. Dit moest je vooraf reserveren (bleek niet duidelijk uit de info op Booking.com), 1 uur gratis per dag en omdat het een combi was met sauna en spa, was het erg benauwd en klam.

Worth a visit

We loved the fact it was clean and comfortable. We loved the SPA with the hour free daily. The staff were amazing and multilingual real bonus. Staff helped with recommendations for eating out and even booked the restaurant and travel. The cocktails in the bar were also fab.

The location was not great as no views, the Sauna was out of action and I had to ask for milk, extra coffee and cups! Staff were happy to oblige though.

Très bon hôtel pour se faire plaisir

Hôtel bien décoré, la chambre aussi. La literie était très confortable, le petit déjeuner était copieux et très varié et l’accès au spa au top. Un très bon séjour.

La chambre n’a pas été faite durant notre séjour, même en recouche.

Très agréable et relaxant

Le personnel était très agréable, l’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres. C’était très appréciable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine, du hammam…après une longue journée de route. Et le summum fut le petit déjeuner. Nous n’avions jamais vu un buffet aussi grand, aussi varié. Impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur parmi tout ce choix, nous nous sommes régalés.

Not happy at all 😡

The hotel was clean and comfortable

I paid for my 2 nights stay before we got there. And then the day before we arrived they took € 200 deposit which I never authorized. When we got there they said it’s there policy. We would get it back. I left the hotel on Friday morning and I’m still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. 😡 we stayed in loads of different hotels and none did this. Never again will I stay there

Very enjoyable experience.

My Wife enjoyed a relaxing massage in this hotel and would recommend it. Hotel Bar was pleasant and staff were excellent. Good and secure parking. Bed was very comfortable. Good location circa 5Km from Vannes centre and within walking distance of shops such as Decathlon plus several restaurants.

Spartan room poorly serviced

Great bar with helpful staff and reception were good too. Ok bathroom although would have preferred a walk in shower. Close to local commerce, eg supermarket and chain restaurants and parking was excellent.

Under furnished with silly little bedside table, no chairs at all in room only hard stool. Beds were not properly made each morning with mattress toppers half on. We had to remake bed every day! Every day I had to get an extra towel as only one hand towel left in bathroom for two people. On final night we had two hand towels but only one bath towel! Breakfast at 17.50 per person was too expensive for us to try as we don’t eat more than a croissant and coffee which we bought at a local cafe for 4 euros for the two of us. Regret we didn’t move to another hotel after first night. Dreadful view of wooden screen a few feet from our window.

Spoiled by poor management.

Spa, electric car charging and private car park were good.

Stayed three nights, but the room had not been serviced when we returned late afternoon both days, despite door notice. The excuse was that there were short staffed and had to prioritise vacated rooms first. The room provided little hanging or any storage space if staying more than one night. There was no written information provided re: Hotel policies, places to see, restaurants etc.

Really enjoyable, would stay here again.

Excellent staff, calm relaxed atmosphere throughout. Good size room and bathroom, all Spa facilities good.

Was not expecting a three course meal provided in glass jars and microwaved, really wanted a full dining experience, however it was very tasty, it was explained to us the reason why, apparently this was used all through Covid, but it did make it a little disappointing for us.
