Lokalita velmi příjemná, kousek všude, moderní a příjemný hotýlek se skvělou snídaní

Velmi dobrá lokalita, blízko úplně všude. Hotel velmi moderně a přitom příjemně zrekonstruován a vybaven. Vždy tekla hodně teplá voda, pokoje byly prostorné, snídaně velmi bohaté a dalo se snídat i venku. Okna extrémně tlumila hluk z ulice, který byl hlavně z kavárny naproti.

Nemohli jsme moc využít terasu na noční větrání - dveře neměly variantu "ventilace", pouze otevřeno/zavřeno a protože byla terasa přístupná z venku, měli jsme raději zavřeno a větrali oknem ve vedlejší zdi.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, but not the most helpful staff or the cleanest rooms

The rooms look like they were recently renovated. They were spacious and had nice view. The breakfast was very good, with home-made peanut butter and pastry

One of our rooms had a dead cockroach in it, which was not cleaned in our second day there (let alone before our arrival). Also, the receptionist on our arrival day recommended a restaurant where we had a very bad experience in (tmin). I know there aren't a lot of restaurants in the area, but he specifically singled them out over the better restaurant across the street. In one of our mornings there, the omelet was over and they didn't make more for a while. I asked and they made more just for me. Seem a bit cheap (it was in the middle of breakfast time, not in the end)

Served it’s purpose but disappointing room

Location

We were put in a room which wasn’t even connected to the hotel. It was old and dirty and the sinks were blocked. Still paid full price

Good hotel in the centre of Tolmin

Stayed here for one night, in a single room. Quiet and comfortable, comfy bed. OK breakfast.

The room was spacious and the location was great.

Overall our stay was good, but some areas could use improvement. The entrance floors to the annex where we stayed were sticky and the shower didn’t drain well. The parking lot was a little tricky to find and was actually just a public city lot down the block.

The breakfast buffet was good and the outside seating was great, even in the rain as it had a cover.

Definitely a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

This is an excellent hotel situated in the centre of Tolmin with parking facilities a two-minute walk away. The bedroom was spacious with a modernised en suite, good air conditioning and shutters on the windows blocking out light if you like a darkened room for sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. An excellent breakfast is provided. There is some upgrading going on at present i.e. the elevator is being upgraded and some work on the third floor but this did not interfere with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One criticism I would have was no waste bin in the bedroom - there was a small one in the en suite and tea/coffee making facilities would be a bonus.

It wa not a perfect but a nice stay.

Breakfast offered a very large variety. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location in the city center is great!

The room was nice but some details were not taken care of: the TV and two lights did not work and the bathroom missed hooks for towels, the cabin didn´t close and the shower head was not fixed to the wall... Breakfast on Sunday when the hotel was crowded took very long. All items were gone and the refill of bread, meat, dishes took too long to enjoy the variety.

Great that we had both bathtub and shower for the room. Breakfast was super. Hotel is in the center of Tolmin.

Elevator is just being built. Check the price and room type by arriving!! We booked cca a month ago a family-suite (44 sqm) for 4 persons that means 2 connected rooms on a higher price. By entering the suite a 22 sqm room we had with a small sofa for the kids. In 2 min we complained at the reception and that was the first time when they said 'oh somebody changed your room type in the system, but now we have no bigger room'. Come on!! And exactly the same happened with a couple in front of us. We had a choice to cancel the accomodation or get a discount, so the price for a this 1 room. One positive thing that they fixed quickly and we got an extra bed into the room.

Nice time in the Alps

The hotel, the was really clean. Tolmin and the region is so nice for hiking or do some extreme sports. The most positive thing of the hotel is the breakfast. Big various of food and even gluten free, sugar free and whole grain food and alternative milks which is not really common.
