Superbe séjour!

Tout! La localisation pratique (bien qu’à 1h30 de l’aéroport, les visites sur l’île sont ensuite pratiques) et l’endroit superbe! Personnel adorable. Équipements (chambre, matériel nautique de loisirs). La nourriture au restaurant principal (inclusive) est très bien + la possibilité de réserver dans un autre restaurant de l’hôtel. Un centre de plongée est sur place et sérieux, très pratique !

S’il faut trouver à redire, peut être un effort supplémentaire sur la propreté du sol (salle de bain et terrasse).

Séjour parfait au Lagoon !

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est top ! Un hôtel sur la plage et en recul de la route ; calme assuré. Le personnel était disponible, au petit soin et à la fois discret. Rien à redire sur les buffets. Chambre confortable et très propre ! Nous avons apprécié les diverses activités nautiques sans supplément. Il y a beaucoup d’endroits différents dans l’hôtel pour se reposer : plage, piscines, solarium, fat boy. Gros point positif pour la piscine du Coral à l’abri du vent. Il est clair que nous gardons cet hôtel en tête pour un futur séjour

很好，好舒服，在酒店彻底放松没问题，沙滩，海景，还算有特色的饮食，酒吧的酒水品种很多，但是要出酒店自己行动，比较困难，地方稍微有点偏，不适合没有交通工具的人

环境，膳食，服务都很好。泳池有人工的，也有直接去海里游泳的，但有一定区域限制，我觉得很应该限制。

我预定的全包套餐，但是酒店的菜单或者指示上都没明确的信息哪些是包含在内的，哪些是额外计费的，这个需要每次都问一下，比较讨厌。酒店范围不算小，第一次去，就要找到全部方位比较难，地图指示或者方向标识不够清晰，第一天需要自己慢慢摸索，找不到房间很正常，之后熟悉了就很方便。我第一天到已经晚上，前台带我去了房间，走的很快，讲解的也很快，然后马上带我去吃晚饭，然后自己需要回房间，几乎迷路。工作人员很热情，但凡你问，都会热情解答，我第一天晚上有点下雨，也是晚上了，没找到人，只能自己摸索着找房间。另外酒店吃饭的预约制度不够清晰，当天预约很难，几乎都要提前一天预约，户外活动也是，预约点都在不同地方，需要自己找或者问路。

Very disappointing. Warning, room type not as advertised.

We booked a whirlpool room on the all inclusive plan. In the pictures on this website and lagoon attitude's you see a large square balcony with 270 degree views of the sea. However, we were given a room with a completely different balcony - see attached pictures. The hotel has 10 whirlpool rooms. Only 1 room actually has this spacious balcony. The other 9 rooms have a smaller rectangular shaped one. Apparently, this room was unavailable during our stay as they were updating the whirlpool! Room is not kept to a good standard and cleaning is poor. The bedding is very old and the pillows smell of damp. When you have a shower the water floods out of the bottom as there is no seal. We found it very difficult to book any of the other restaurants. After speaking to several staff we were able to book dinner at Coral. The Asian restaurant Lemongrass was fully booked for one week. The mini bar - I have never stayed in a hotel that requires you to fill your own mini bar! I found it extremely inconvenient to have to do this every day. QR codes - This hotel has a menu phobia and requires you to scan the code to look at the menu for the bars and restaurants on your phone. Oh, except for the wine list, which they are very happy to give you to spend extra money!

Amazing service, unique vibe to the resort.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and have no regrets! The food was really nice, lovely choice of restaurants and the buffet set up ran like a well oiled machine with lots of variety, plenty of clear allergen information and good stations where the chef prepared your food. The staff's customer service is of a really high standard, everyone is approachable and helpful and such a pleasure to be around. The resort enviorment definitely had an eco / botanical feel which made it very easy for us to feel instantly realxed and dettached from everyday stresses!

The resort dogs of which there are many. If you're a dog person like many people are this won't be an issue for you. If you're not a dog person you can still rest assured the dogs are well trained and don't bother you unless you want them to. However having dogs drooling staring by you whilst you eat a snack was the only thing that bothered us a little during this stay. The gym is really outdated compared to a few other resorts on the island, this is a fussy point for the select few who like to train whilst away!

Overall a nice stay, would recommend for a short stay.

Check in process was great, a nice welcome with drinks and tour of the site provided. The staff were friendly and polite. The rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable. We booked for half board, the breakfast was good with a wide range of options. For dinner, we had a gala dinner buffet on one of the days, there were good variety of food but the quality was alright, not amazing. For another night we booked Kot Nou restaurant on site, which was a la carte, which we found was much better quality food. There's a choice of 3 restaurants you can pre book for a la carte. There is evening entertainment also from around 8/9pm which was very good. The 3 swimming pools on site were great, a different vibe at each one. Overall, an eco-sustainable theme the resort has, which was nice.

There is a boat house with different water activities included in the stay. However, due to weather (cyclone which was coming in a few days) they were not running any of them, such as the glass bottom boat tour/ snorkelling, kayaking. The private beach was very small, compared to other resorts (if you're more of a beach person).

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was varied and good. The pool is adequate and the view is beautiful. In terms of location, there is always a taxi at the door, and when you say where you want to go, the employees guide you in every way. We were very satisfied. Everything was top quality

Das Liegen trotz Hinweis ( Handtücher werden vor 10 Uhr vom Personal entfernt) reserviert wurden ( Handtücher wurden nicht entfernt und einige Frühaufsteher reservierten bereits um 7 Uhr „ ihre Liege“ - ohne Worte! Das Team vom Boathouse schien ziemlich genervt zu sein. Nicht sehr freundlich, in allen anderen Bereichen aber top! Die ausliegenden Bildbände sind schön, aber sie sollten bitte ausgetauscht werden, denn sie riechen etwas sehr modrig.. Das männliche Personal im Empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, bitte aber auch auf die Körperhygiene achten (Deo….)

Confort chambres à part douche, petit dejeuner

Plage très petite. Ayant réservé une chambre front sea view on s’est retrouvés face a la piscine et travaux avec une très petite vue de côté sur la plage. nous avons demandé à changer de chambre à la jeune stagiaire qui nous y avait emmenés et elle nous a dit qu’elle allait demander à la direction et revenir 10 minutes après pour nous dire ce que nous ferions. Après avoir patienté deux heures à la piscine sans que ce soit vienne nous voir, j’ai rappelé, Mr Rajah , le directeur qui nous as dit qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible car l’hôtel était complet. Je lui ai alors demandé un discount, mais il a refusé. Finalement, plus de deux heures après notre arrivée, l’un de ses adjoints, Kevin, aux demeurant charmant, est arrivé en nous disant qu’il avait trouvé une chambre avec une meilleure vue mais comme il était très tard, et que ma femme était fatiguée, ayant finalement déballer nos affaires dans la chambre après deux heures d’attente, Nous l’avons remercié pour sa gentillesse mais avons décliné. Il nous a d’ailleurs proposé un late check Out pour nous dédommager. Mais malheureusement nous devions partir tôt et nous ne pouvions en profiter. Donc expérience mitigée, malgré la gentillesse de Kevin, qui a été prévenu par le directeur plus de deux heures après .

A brilliant 2 day stay.

The staff members were so friendly, Karin and Lisa were so welcoming and helpful on the front desk. All the staff in the Kot Nou restaurant, the Coral restaurant and on the bars were amazing and a special shout out to the young man who was running the coral bar who’s name I can’t remember (he has been working there for 7 months). The water sports team went above and beyond and one staff member helped me learn to windsurf. The food was outstanding in all aspects and the place is beautifully designed. The coral meal was extra special.

The hotel cannot do anything about this but it is challenging to get anywhere from the property without a car but that’s obvious from looking at the map. It was also very windy on the beach which the hotel.

Schöne Anlage zum Verweilen

Die Anlage ist sehr schön & gepflegt, die Zimmer sehr groß. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit & sehr freundlich. Man kann an Stationen sein Wasser kostenlos auffüllen, so oft man möchte. Die Buffets sind sehr reichhaltig.

Ohne Auto ist das Hotel etwas ab vom Schuss. Die Getränke sind bei Halbpension am Abend nicht enthalten (was aber scheinbar normal ist).

Chambre très cooning,on se sent bien de suite.literie couette oreilles très confortables juste le lit un peu mais très correct. Belle vue sur piscine,douche spacieuse mais les chaînes télé étais en anglais. Les piscines sont juste incroyable,la décoration de l'hôtel dans son ensemble juste magnifique rien à redire et les bars sont très beau et dans son ambiance differente. Le personnel très gentils à l'écoute et très souriant. Merci au mr de s'occuper des toutous. Hitel dans sont ensemble très bien même plus.

Dobre jedzenie, ładna zatoka, hotel przyzwoity dla niewymagających.

Części wspólne hotelu ładne, szczególnie podobały się nam hamaki przy plaży, możliwość wypożyczania sprzętu wodnego. Zadbana i bujna roślinność. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, polecam indywidualną kolację. Serdeczna obsługa i pomocna.

Niestety pawilony są 2 piętrowe bez windy. Obiekt niedawno otwarty, ale raczej budownictwo stare bo pokoje i korytarze niechlujne. Pokoje mają wszystko co potrzeba, ale jakoś dla mnie bez klimatu nie czułam się tam jak w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym a wysokiej klasy pensjonacie (miejskiej jakości meble, zapach wilgoci, słabe wykończenie w łazience itp.). Ostatnie pawilony z widokiem na korty bez rolet co utrudniało spanie gdy ktoś grał (świecące reflektory). Pokoje słabo sprzątane - np. klimatyzacja się rozwaliła ciekła cała nic niszcząc cześć rzeczy, sprzęt naprawiono a woda na podłodze została. Plaża dla gości to mała zatoka, znacznie ładniejsza jest kolejna przy hotelu, ale zaśmiecona.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff and an overall fabulous stay!

The staff were absolutely amazing, always so welcoming and accommodating! Pheswar the activity organiser was great fun and would always come and find us to play beach volleyball and got everyone involved and would always come to the bar for a chat! The setting and beach area was beautiful and rooms were always kept clean and tidy!

The sunset Cataman trip wasn’t available for our whole stay and we wasn’t informed it was cancelled until a couple of hours before the trip

Man ist sehr bemüht einen Standard zu erzeugen, was jedoch nur teilweise gelingt - darum wirkt es oft nicht echt.

Schöne Lage, zum Teil hervorragendes Personal

Sieht auf den Fotos alles edler aus als es ist. Bei All inclusive bekommt man alle Getränke nur halb voll, es gibt keine Weine zur Auswahl.

Idealny wypad ☺️

Hotel jest naprawdę piękny. Cała obsługa bardzo się stara, wszyscy są mili, uczynni i bardzo pomocni. Plaża nie jest największa ale bardzo czysta i idealna. Jest mnóstwo miejsca dla każdego czy na plaży czy tez przy basenach. Pobyt był idealny ☺️ polecam w 100% każdemu bez wachania.

Lovely hotel. The staff were fantastic, and always on hand to explain things. The food was great. Good choice for breakfast, with a choice of restaurants for dinner. Nice, quiet relaxing beach. Would highly recommend. Good for those looking for peace and quiet. No kids!!

Good facilities and well maintained property.

No room service. Even drinking water has to be refilled by ourselves. 5 restaurants but u have to pre book for a place, so basically u have to book half board or full board to make life easier. Also they got food stalls in the afternoon which is decent enough. Check in and check out was time consuming. Also beach towels were given at check in and we have to carry it with us and give it back at checkout .

There should be an option to leave dirty towels also near the reception. The pool was coldish, cold almost. Anyway, far colder than open ocean for example. Staff are nice, but not all are knowledgeable.

Superb, great value for money

The staff is extremely well trained and polite, the food is great, plenty of choice. The rooms are pretty and clean, I think most of them (if not all) have seaview. The premises are designed with great feeling for detail, the interiors are perfectly interconnected with exteriors, flowers and plants everywhere. Water activities included in the price, including windsurfing.

The beach is rather small
