do not recommend this place it should be condemned or atleast have health and safety pay them a visit power points either broken or half of the walls light fixtures broken aircon sounds like a jet is flying over the roof and doesnt work properly not clean beds were broken and only just holding together and 2 beds were missing a few wheels which made the bed sink into a hole in the middle of the beds only blankets you get are either doona covers with no inserts or a lap blanket 2 of the 4 beds didnt even have a top sheet only bottom ask staff if they had spare blankets and they rudely go no we dont have any blankets or pillows only enough for 1 each bed in each room, staff were very rude i wouldnt be taking my kids back here i wouldng even take my worst enemy here stay clear

Great place if you don't mind people pilfering your stuff.

Absolutely nothing.

The fact that I discussed in person that I needed to extend my stay and was told "no worries we'll keep you in the same room". Coming back and being told my room was changed and they packed my stuff for me. Only to be missing most of my personal belongings.

My Brother's room had a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom cabinet was chipboard and the top and broken. My room had a leaking bathroom tap that couldn't be turned off. The Milk provided was only 3 little tubs. It was observed us and other occupants that there was alot of human traffick going in and out and all looks scruffy looking. When I had originally booked 2 rooms, my room was supposed to have bunk beds of which I was given a room with a queen size and a single bed. With my daughter in law they double booked her room then gave her 2 rooms with 1 queen and 1 single in both. Completely disgusted with the whole service.

the people staying in the motel were rude and noisy at all hours of the morning and some strange characters aswell. would not recommend families to stay there

Close to facilities and to Hockey grounds where we needed to be. Bed was comfortable even though it was propped up with a brick on one corner. Nice hot shower.

Quite a bit of mould on ceiling in bathroom area. Air conditioner didn't work properly. No electric jug and not enough coffee mugs or cutlery. In need of a re-vamp.

super convenient location. close to where we needed to be.

Air conditioner didn’t really work properly and wasn’t overly clean. Swing vein didn’t move and first night couldn’t adjust settings with the remote (wouldn’t work) but it did the remaining nights. Paint peeling to ceiling in bathroom/toilet/vanity area and was also covered in mould. There weren’t sufficient amounts of crockery to the amount of guest staying in the room. 2 mugs for 4 people as an example.

Nice budget room

Place was very clean and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were awesome and strive for solutions.

The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure, it took forever for the shower to warm up with just hot water running, any less pressure it may have been a trickle. And as soon as you have a good temp, if someone else in the block uses a tap, the shower is instantly cold.

Bad

Well there was no locks on the toilet or bathroom door. Arguing from the motel owners 🙄. Weird stuff going on all night. And had our fridge of the back of the ute stolen not only did they steal the fridge they cut the wires and then left the plug. Asked to see video footage as there is security cameras but conveniently had a power outage. Which leaves me to think that it was done by someone on the premises so be very careful if you choose to waste money here.

Worst motel I have ever been in

the location

Well as soon as I got there no one was in reception and the door was shut so I had to wait outside then when I went to look for my room everything was wide open, the door was unlocked and all the windows were open, anyone could of entered while I wasn’t there. but as soon as I got in there was a terrible smell i had to go out and buy myself sprays for the room, it was disgusting, I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to touch anything I didn’t have to! so many insects around the room as well.

The room was terrible, dust, mould and my husband got bites from the bed.

We didn’t end up staying as we had to leave but the room was dirty and we would have booked somewhere else as we wouldn’t have stayed in that room.

Very dirty and run down.

Awful

It stank of cigarette smoke in the office, vape in the room, wasn’t clean. Very very noisy. Any time anyone smoked outside it came straight into the room. Awful place to stay
