The location is very good

There is no option for selecting room with sea view, but the description of the rooms is specifying that they are featuring sea view - you are getting the impression that the rooms given to booking are with sea view. Well you are not getting a room with sea view :)

Superb

I was going for a conference, once I arrived to the hotel i found out i am infected with Corona, so I had to quarantine there for 4 days, the staff were incredible with providing all what i need, they were very helpful and nice, let me feel safe there. They were all the time telling me " dont worry, you are not alone, we are here if you need anything". Also, they are good with email communication, even after you leave if you need sth and send them, they would make sure that you got what you need.

My stay was confortable and calm, I enjoyed being in Alexandroupoli and staying at Alkyon.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is near the center in a calm neighbourhood. The staff was very kind and helpful whenever I needed something during my stay. The breakfast had a good selection and everything I tried was great. In addition, there was also soft music playing during breakfast, creating a very relaxing environment.

The sound isolation was not the best. It was possible to hear some noises from the corridors and from the street.

path room door was Locked shut,we asked the staff to open it they came Late because they were short of staff bedsheets were torn and balcony double door Locked open we couldn’t Locked whole night .

Best place to spend the night before the morning ferry

Very comfortable hotel for one night stay, close to the ferry port, and just one step from the main seaside promenade with all restaurants and cafes. Everything was great! Parking lot reserved for us in front of the hotel. Nice balcony and a great pizza restaurant 1 min away.

The GPS is not well working as the street signs are changed, it was hard to find it in the night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Near the main road where a lot of restaurants and bars are located

The biggest downside was the noise coming from a bar next to the hotel. We weren't able to sleep until 5 o' clock in the morning due to the music and the noise .

In the winter better, in the summer very noisy

The staff was amazing and very helpfull.

-the air condition does not work properly. -you share the balcony with other rooms, without a big separator. I had some american people laughing and being loud until 03.00 in the morning on the balcony, sleeping was very difficult. -there is an open roof bar right next to the balconies, so the music and the noise all night are very hard to accept.

Sea view in the middle of town

Central location. 1 minute from main street. You can see the sunset from the balcony.

There's a building in front of the hotel. A bit overpriced. No heat in the room. Parking may be a problem in high season. I could clearly hear the neighbors farting 🤣🤣 in the next room... Also they could hear me... Sharing is caring.
